Westford Regency Inn & Conference Center

We booked this hotel for my kids sports event so having a fitness center and pool was one of my must criteria for a place to stay. A second after my non-refundable booking I received an email congratulating me that the pool was undergoing renovation. Fitness center hours were too short for us to use around our sports event and the steam room was not working. Kind of surprised that they wanted $20 per person for a hotel breakfast so we found way better and less expensive options at local businesses nearby. Asked to extend checkout for an hour so I could drop off my kid and come back to pack up and got a hard no on that. So overall not so thrilled Photo is of a nearby industrial past of the area

GOOD: Kind helpful front desk staff over the phone. BAD: 1. We were initially given the wrong key. 2. Then we were given an occupied room until finally switched to the correct room…And we were offered no compensation or anything for the mistakes. 3. But the WORST was the unbearable NOISE level, between the highway noise, loud basketball players in the halls until late, and thin walls through which you could hear toilets in the middle of the night! Our child had an important early performance the following morning. 4. The coffee maker water receptacle was rusted, which flakes of the material coming off when scraped—rendering it unusable to us. We will NOT be staying at the Westford again!

The woman at check-in was less than welcoming or friendly. There was no Chit Chat or niceties. When I got to my room, I was surprised to hear a dog barking because I did not see on their website that it was a pet friendly hotel. That, on top of the screaming child two doors down, was a bit loud, thin walls. As there was a torrential rainstorm outside, I did not expect my room to be as damp or musty as it was, but that accounted for the dehumidifier in the hallway was my guess. I decided to take a shower to relax; however, there was a note stating the bathroom door had to be closed so as not to set off the alarm. Problem being, the bathroom door did not close, as it was hanging on by a thread. I called the front desk but had to leave a voicemail and no one ever called me back. So no shower! For the amount of money Westford Regency charges for a night, there is a lot of room for improvement. When I checked out the next morning, I mentioned the bathroom door to the gentleman at the counter, and all he said was oh okay. While the outside looks very nice, and the lobby is nice, it was an extremely disappointing. Thankfully I am not in that area often but if I have to be again, I definitely will not be staying here.

Convenient location for us while visiting family, and close to many stores and the I-495 exit. It is a big hotel focused in local events. Rooms are large enough with everything we need since we always travel with our own toiletries anyway. I was disappointment that they didn't clean the room, nor giving us clean towels the next day, even when I ask at reception for that. The hotel has a pool but it was close for reparations. There is no breakfast, just plain regular coffee, no other choice.

Bathroom had hairs in sink and bath - didn't feel clean overall. Carpet in bedroom awful. Our bedroom was the type of room that you would want to spend as little time in as possible, which was an inconvenience as I would have liked to relax and chill in a nice room after our long trip. I will be visiting this area many more times as our child goes to a local boarding school, but will make sure not to return to this hotel.

Terrible stay. Room reeked of smoke and I called the front desk several times. Woke up with a sore throat and caughing. No one answered. I couldn’t go downstairs because I had my infant with me and he was asleep. Called and called no live person. There was NO ONE at check out! So frustrating.
