The staff here is helpful and kind! They’re all great, but I have to say Kelsea specifically was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She went above and beyond to help us secure the rooms we needed for the whole family. TY to the entire staff- you’re great st what you do. We appreciate you!

I was impressed by the condition of the room, of course we did the necessary mattress check for bedbugs and the mattresses looked brand new!! Super clean linens and extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the room smelled great. We were offered a choice of which floor to have a room on, we chose the third floor- quiet and peaceful. I noticed other families were guests which made me feel comfortable as it wasn’t a sketchy environment. Necessities were close by in the extensive shopping availabilities. Breakfast was awesome with gluten free options and fresh fruit offerings as well. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. Free parking was a plus. I would definitely return.

My family and I planned a last minute trip to the area and rented this hotel for just a night . It was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable beds! I had the best night sleep! Very quiet. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Very clean hotel with spacious and quite rooms. The suites are equipped with a kitchen, and espresso machines. I asked the front desk to deliver a baby crib upon check in and they delivered it 10 minutes. They were also kind to extend a late check out for one of my rooms. Overall, very good experience

Staff was very pleasant. Beds & pillows very comfortable; soundproofing good. Negative was the bathroom; it alone gets a terrible rating. Bathtubs were a very high step into & out of; even the older elementary kids had trouble with it. Low toilets. No grab bar at all for shower. Bathrooms need to be updated for safety; even for non handicapped people!

The Comfort Inn was a lovely modern facility with a comfortable lobby to entertain visiting family. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The front desk staff and manager were friendly and helpful. The only problem that we had was related to their environmental policy requiring guests to make a request if they wanted a complete change of sheets, new towels, etc. We requested this on two different occasions and it was not done. The manager did, however, handle the situation beautifully by giving us a credit of one night for our 4 night stay. I would definitely stay at Comfort Inn of Hadley, Mass again.

Hotel was incredibly clean and neat and front desk staff was very attentive. My one and only complaint was the freezing cold pool. My two young children were looking forward to swimming, but we ended up putting our feet in the hit tub instead. That was a major let down. Otherwise, we'd stay here again.
