Booked two rooms for ourselves and family. We were attending our daughter's college graduation nearby. If I must make a suggestion would be to improve your breakfast options. Perhaps a few hot options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Conveniently located for parents visiting their kids. Clean and hygienic rooms. The outside facade looks like a prison. Pls paint it or improve it in any other way. For 250 USD I would expect better and more food options and amenities. There is zero entertainment options, no gym etc that other hotels in this price range have.

I already booked and paid via Expedia. Upon checking in front desk could not find my reservation. After saying there were no rooms available. They then had to rebook me and told me I would not be charged. Only to find out I WAS charged and it was more than my first payment. Totally annoying experience. Expedia and it’s hotels need to do better. I’m especially pissed since I was traveling with my child and I was getting the run around. So ghetto.
