Beautiful clean and very well landscaped. The friendliest staff and accommodations anyone could ask for. The staff all had smiles for everyone. Me and my family had a great time. I would definitely be back.

Way overpriced for the quality. I called the hotel twice in advance of check-in to make sure a crib would be set up for my baby. We arrive and, of course, no crib. They then told me there were no cribs. The front desk was SO rude and also lazy. I called down to ask for a tooth brush. Nobody could bring one up and I had to bring my kids downstairs just to pick up a tooth brush…meanwhile the staff is chatting and socializing… they just didnt feel like it and were okay inconveniencing their guests instead. Check-out was a mess and there werent any carts. We ended up making multiple trips to the car with the luggage and kids. Parking was a nightmare. I am mostly blown away by the disrespect and laziness of the staff. They don’t even know what hospitality is. I do not recommend staying here. The facility is great, but the service was AWFUL

It was a great get away with my girlfriend and her kids. The pool was exceptional!!

We come down once a year to see family and we have chosen this hotel to stay at as it has many amenities that we like. It is comfortable and quiet, the rooms are clean and the stay are all very nice and professional

I have stayed there twice during a trying time for our family. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind! They were attentive and accommodating when changes needed to be made. I look forward to staying there again when I visit with my family. MHL
