The Hotel Salem

The king suite was perfect for this Dad and adult child. We got to stay together, but have our own privacy too. The rooms are unique, the hotel is in an amazing location, and you can walk to anywhere in town. The real gem of The Hotel Salem, however, is the staff. Every day Doug and Kayla would welcome us back from seeing the sights, recommend a good spot for the next meal, or just chat with us about our time in Salem.

I love this boutique hotel. It is very conveniently located for when we visit family in Salem. The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was perfect for us and the hotel has a great vibe. We look forward to staying again in the future.

By far the best hotel experience I have ever had anywhere. The staff was knowledgable about the area, beyond friendly and hospitable. Hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were stunning. The food/drinks at the rooftop bar were phenomenal as well. The level of service was unmatched and it was obvious that the staff loved the area and their job. The manager, Zach, was the absolute goldstar of the hotel. He was welcoming, engaged, and willing to help in any and all aspects of our stay. We weren't treated like customers or guests during our stay, we were treated more like friends or family and ot was truly refreshing. I don't think I would ever stay at any other hotel in Salem after experiencing this hotel. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The parking structure is badically kiddie corner and not far at all from the hotel. By far the most centrally located hotel in the area and the staff is by far the best in the entire area.

We were in Salem for a family wedding. The Hotel is on a walking street and closest parking (meter) is a block away. We didn't know this when we booked. We had good weather but moving bags to the hotel and back to the car could have been a problem in the rain as would have been walking to the car in our wedding attire. Other than that, the Hotel was a good place to explore Salem.
