This is a really great hotel and the price makes it phenomenal! It gets major bonus points from us for being dog friendly and the pool is great for kids and adults too! The proximity to Salem and Boston is perfect for people like us who are looking to visit both cities. Every morning offers a full buffet breakfast and there is 24 hr complimentary snacks and coffee. This is our second time staying here when visiting the area and don’t think we’d stay anywhere else.

- Unfortunately, our room (and the other room we booked) was never cleaned during our three night stay, even though we were told it would be. The bathroom had some odd orange drip marks along the wall and doors. - It was extremely loud….all night heard high school kids shouting and running in the halls. - Breakfast was nice with a wide selection. - The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

3 nights as part of a family vacation in the Boston area. Enjoyed the hotel, the room, parking, breakfast and other amenities that the hotel offered. Clean and well maintained.

I liked everything, I was there for 2 nights with family, the only thing I didn’t like was about breakfast , needs more variety, I been in other Hampton hotels and this is the only one so far that was not variety in food, Otherwise I love it

Updated, beds comfortable, great size TV. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool nice for the kids. Breakfast on site convenient, hot options and waffle station. Location convenient to route 1 and lots of food options. I’d come back when on the area.

The Host Camie , was so pleasant and accommodating. We needed an early check in to get dressed and freshen up before the baby shower we were attending. Camie made it happen and she was just so nice and pleasant. 😊 our room was great , clean and cheerful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend.

I absolutely adored the desk clerk,she was very helpful during our stay,she was very polite and sweet. Breakfast was great and different choices each morning,pool was very clean,room was very clean. I enjoyed staying at this property in room324 on Feb. 10th to the 12th. I will be staying at this property again in the future and referring to all my family and friends

Easy check-in. Clean room & bathroom. I got sick while we stayed here, so I really appreciate the water and Gatorade available to purchase downstairs. I was hot (my two family members weren’t, mind you) so despite it being 20 degrees outside, I had the air conditioner on. It was a life saver. Close to Salem. Pool looked inviting, but didn’t take advantage.

I stayed in room 624 on Sunday Sept 24th. Our toilet was clogged. We called the front desk who advised that there was no maintenance there that night but they would deliver a plunger to our room. We received the plunger and did attempt to vigorously plunge the toilet to no avail. I called the front desk to request a different room and was told there were none available. We had a party of 2 adults and 3 children in a porta-potty situation. DIGUSTING!
