We had the best time! It was the perfect complement to our visit to Salem, and the kids were so sad to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for a few days - staff were helpful and friendly. Easy access to highway, shopping and dining. Tucked away in a quiet residential area. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Overall, the hotel is fine. The lobby is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. Traveling with nine year old twins, a hotel with a swimming pool is always a requirement. Unfortunately, the pool was over chlorinated and my children and husband got sick from the fumes. The children were up all night coughing, stinging eyes and headaches. It was awful. Only after leaving the hotel did the children begin to feel better.

Walls are paper thin. They don’t have quiet hours. Our neighbors were so loud until midnight. We’re on vacation and maximizing our time by getting up early. We got very little sleep the first night. The second night I don’t think anyone was there so it was good unless people walked past the room talking loudly. The room looked dated. Really hate the yellow walls. The shower/tub had hair in it and the shower curtain was hung so high it wouldn’t sit in the tub when showering. The floating shelves are falling off the wall, so we’d walk in and the towels were always on the floor. My toothbrush wasn’t where I left it. Glad I had extra. I don’t want to know if it got knocked to the floor or not. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Good selection on the tv for a little downtime before bed. The scrambled eggs were tasteless and had a weird texture. The other food was good to okay. However, the people staying there trashed the breakfast area on Sunday morning. They were taking all the food as soon as it was put out-young kids and college kids. There wasn’t a lot left for people actually wanting to eat. Most of that food ended up in the trash. Such a waste. The staff was doing everything they could to keep up and they just couldn’t. The second morning was better because it was mostly seniors. The grounds were really nice. Reception staff were awesome. Pool area had a LOT of standing water on the ground and was slippery.

Rooms have very thin walls. A busload of teens in rooms around me. Families with young kids sitting out in hallways to talk to eachother. NOT a good way to get badly needed sleep.

The walls are so thin, ppl next to us were stupid loud so i called the front desk, they did nothing. I have a 2 year old and the ppl next door were yelling and playing music from 10 pm to 1 am, yelling at the top of their lungs. The pool was literally green. I only chose this hotel so me and the baby could swim and we couldnt, the only redeemable factor was the staff at breakfast. You have an amazing staff in the kitchen

Friendly staff, clean room, and good breakfast. However, the room next door played loud music, and kids were running down the hallway at 10:00 at night. Not sure where their parents were.

The staff is great and really helpful. There was an awful leak in my parents bathroom. There were 3 rooms for our families and Raquel expertly handled rearranging the reservation to keep the two non-leaking rooms in our party and check them out of the unusable room.
