Don’t stay here unless you love kids. I’ve always wanted to go here with my husband because I was lured in with the “resort” in the name. Not only was it double the price of other local motels everything extra cost money. No free breakfast and it even cost $25 per day to park. Staff was nice and so was the room. ALL the pools were full all weekend. Mostly with children who’s parents were too busy day drinking to pay attention to them running around and screaming. They really should have an adult only area. My kids are grown and I was looking forward to a quiet weekend. No microwave in the room but there was a wine fridge LOL. Also, checkout wasn’t until 11 yet the housekeeper was knocking on our door at 8:45 while we were still sleeping. Then while cleaning the neighboring room she was banging so loudly. We ended up leaving an hour early.

The resort had so many amenities and food options. The pools were wonderful and the beach was so clean. It was great having beach chairs and umbrellas easily available. The two resorts (red jacket and blue water) are right next to each other and it is very easy to walk between. The town has all of the normal necessities (grocery stores, Dunkin Donuts, liquor stores, CVS), as well as fun activities and amazing restaurants. We would definitely come here again. We arrived at 8 am and check in wasn’t until 4 pm, but we were able to use the pools and hang out on the property all day. There was activities on premises for kids and families, which is awesome.

This was a really nice family resort! Wasn’t too crowded, bartender was fantastic and they had great events for the kids. Movie night, magic show, etc. outdoor pool was great and the beaches clean! Would definitely stay again. Our room was nice and comfy. The bathroom could have been better, tub cleaned better but I find that mostly everywhere I go.

A great resort for families. Childless couples would have better options. Friendly staff. Quiet. Good beach on property.

The property has a great location on the ocean- beautiful beach, outdoor pool and bar area and an inside pool. Nice family resort with activities for children. Fun DJ for Happy Hour. Employees were helpful.
Rooms could use some updating. Carpets were sticky, tub old and scratched and bathroom tiny. For $500 a night I would at least expect a complementary cup of coffee. Continental breakfast was terrible-frozen pastry in packages still cold and when opened was stale. Coffee with grinds. Overall good visit.

It was 4th of July weekend and right at lunch time the POS system went down and there was no service on the beach so we had to go the food hut. We paid top dollar to relax and this resort and instead I spent over an hour in line waiting for chicken tenders and fries and another half hour in a different line for drinks. People in line were visibly upset and kids were cranky. There was obviously no organization or contingency plan for when this happens. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is very friendly though.

Perfect Cape getaway. The beach is literally steps away and chairs, towels and drinks are right there. The rooms are Cape quaint. Don’t expect marble bathrooms and a valet for the higher prices You’re paying for private beach access, short drive to everything, great for the kids, and relaxation.

I've been coming to the Cape for 25 years and this was the worst experience. The place has very limited handicap parking (@ $25/day). We had to park across the street with no assistance with our bags to a second floor room with stairs only. The room was clean but very aged. The toilet in our room constantly ran unless you wiggle the handle just right. Tiles in the shower were cracked and the grout stained. The water smelled bad in the sink and shower. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in your room; from kids running to a coughing fit at 2am. You have to go to the neighbor resort for breakfast ($$). Lunch is at a pub and dinner option is at an outdoor bar/grill. The pub was closed and the grill was $20 for a frozen burger patty with cheese. The beach was perfectly (and unusually) manicured for the Cape and they handled the chairs for you. The indoor pool and hot tub were foamy and the chlorine so strong it stung my eyes walking down the hallway.
For nearly $300 a night (look for the extra fees they tack on after the room rate), I expected something much better than what we experienced. We left less than 24 hours there.
