The walls in the hallway were so thin and due to the soccer tournament the kids were outside the hallway yelling, but the room was very clean and the bed extremely warm and comfortable! I just wanted the rooms to be more noise free

This has always been my go to place in Yarmouth, including the former named hotel, It is clean, centrally located, plenty of parking, great staff. My dislikes, both mentioned before, are the bathroom doors which do not offer complete privacy because of the gaps in the door. Why can't some kind of foam piece or other filler be added for privacy? My other is the restauran At, whose cuisine is very limited to one type. No offense, but not everybody has a taste for that, especially children. I'm sure I'm not the only guest that has to leave the resort to eat and spend my dining money elsewhere. I loved the prior restaurant, as it had a good variety for everyone. I'd rather spend my money in one location. Food for thought???? After my recent stay, kudos to the coffee cafe ladies!!! The variety of the free buffet was totally unexpected. The ladies are friendly and very hard working. They were perpetual motion machines, cleaning, refilling things and keeping guests satisfied. They know the real meaning of customer service. The only thing I would suggest (health dept. wise) is that they don't refill the chafing dishes and mix the old and newly prepared food items. Overall, I will still continue to stay there, but have lunch and dinner elsewhere. I stayed in a king bed/handicapped bathroom room. Very nice and safe to get in and out of the shower. However, I did notice there was no shower door or curtain to keep the water from getting on the floor.

Hotel staff were friendly and facilities were nice. Room wasn’t cleaned very well but most hotel rooms aren't these days. The only major cons for me were the lights and tech in the rooms. The light switches remain lit with a red glow when lights are off which is a pro to some but annoyance to me as I like complete darkness when I sleep. The alarm clock also catches interference and emits a buzzing noise so I had to keep it unplugged. If you have sensitive ears, are traveling with babies or find yourself getting a headache I recommend doing the same. I also disliked the sliding door for the bathroom. It leaves about an inch gap between the wall and door leaving little privacy. Other than these minor things highly recommend - it’s definitely one of the better more affordable cape hotels in the area and isn’t filled up with migrants or other undesirable long term residents so you feel safe and comfortable.

I had a bad experience in this hotel. I stayed there for 4 days with my family. The bathroom didn’t have lock from inside. It didn’t close at all. I asked the front desk about the issue. It was so embarrassing. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Just checked in and I was given a set of room keys to a room that was already occupied. Thank goodness my kids didn’t walk into anything inappropriate for them to see.

parking blocked off so guests can have party with music at 10 pm in parking lot. noisy. music. kids screaming. worst hotel i’ve ever been to. I regret working 70 hours a week to go to a place like this to rest and there’s no rest. breakfast horrible. food spoiled and undercooked. bathroom backed up. paper towels on poop covered floor. they put towels back up to dry despite feces in it. took lots of videos and photos. absolute trash hotel.

My family opted for an upgrade to a bigger room which made their stay more comfortable. During booking this room wasn't an option, why? The fire alarm going off for over 2 hours was extremely frustrating for them. False alarm apparently and it still took that long to get it shut off. They had to be up by 3:45 am for excursion.

Our first room smelled damp and musty. The thermostat didn’t work in either bedroom. There also wasn’t a fridge in one of the rooms. We asked to switch rooms and we were moved to the second floor which was a little better. No smell, the thermostat worked, and there were fridges in both rooms. This room didn’t have a rack to hang clothes on. There is only one bathroom but there were double sinks separate from the toilet/shower room. It would have been better for there to be a tub in the family suite though since we had a one year old with us. Also, the door to the toilet/shower room was a sliding door with no latch or lock that kept wanting to slide back open. There was only one bathroom outlet near one of the sinks so it was a little bit of a pain for the second person to get ready at the same time. There was a microwave in one bedroom and a coffeemaker in the other, but it would have been nice to have those in both rooms. The hallways smelled awful. One time it smelled like cigarette smoke, another time it smelled like pee, and another time it smelled like pot. The breakfast wasn’t great. It seemed like it was sitting out for awhile and they ran out of a lot of things. The last night of our stay, we got back to the hotel and a group of families had blocked off the last 20-30 empty parking spots with cars and tables so they could have a “block party” to drink and let their kids run. I had to ask them to move so I could park but I wish the hotel would have kept it clear.

Staff and management were awesome, room was super clean and the beds were very comfy, even the pull out couch which was surprising. We travel with 4 children j see the age of 10 so finding a place that everyone loves is difficult but this place managed to do so! We had dinner at the Indian restaurant located inside the hotel and it was PHENOMENAL!! Overall I would give this place a 10/10

Check in was easy, the room was clean and overall the stay was great! My fiancé and our child took a trip to the cape for the weekend and chose to stay here for a couple nights and we’re glad we did! It was truly comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that made my coffee in the morning was so kind. The gentleman at the front desk was truly a pleasure and easy to work with. Lastly the bar tender at the lounge made great drinks!! Thank you for the great weekend, we can’t wait to be back. Little constructive criticism, perhaps offer recycling and one day invest in enhancing the beds comfortability. It was very firm and didn’t give the “hotel bed” luxury feeling.
