Dirty stained carpets throughout spoilt the hotel’s appearance, our hairdryer was always cold and never got warm. (210) our family were in 209 their hairdryer was red hot and you felt like it was burning your head !!! Between the 2 families we spent a lot of money staying at the hotel we did mention to the receptionist the problems but nothing was followed up ??? Dissatisfied

This was available for a great rate, for 2 nights, with the added benefit of an indoor and outdoor pool. I rented a 2 queen bed room for myself and my 2 teens. I arrived around 8pm, friendly gentleman checked me in and informed me of an easier access door on the end of the building for quick access to my room. Stairs a little steep, but doable. No elevator so be sure you can carry your luggage if you’re on the second floor. Situated on a more commercial section of 28, walking distance to several restaurants and cute mercantile shop. Parking lot has some unlevel areas, but clean. Pools also neat and clean, plenty of chairs, view of pool is hidden from the main road. Lovely kidney shape pool outside.
Room was clean and in good shape.
Continental breakfast was great! Depending on morning, French toast w eggs or sausage, make your own mini waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. They work hard to refresh everything 6:30-9:30am.
We do hear voices clearly that are in the hall. But no issues sleeping. Nice mini fridge/freezer in the room, an/c worked well. Room 274, had view of pool. Outdoor couches and chairs under covered veranda at front entrance, unfortunately this area had the same 5-7 smokers sitting there. Otherwise I’d have used the area. Overall, this was a GREAT value, clean, and nice staff. Pools a nice bonus. The stairs at end of building are painted white and could be redone. Seagull Beach was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel, will come again

Room service was excellent and daily. Room renovation was done very nicely! Shower was very clean and like new. Bed was very comfortable, firm but soft topper. Decor and lighting was adequate. Room layout was excellent. We had a unique room that was at the corner of the building and loved the space. Breakfast was nice - waffle maker, cereal, eggs or sausage, French toast- all the basics. We were on the first floor so we could hear little kids stomping around upstairs but not after 10pm. The pool and hot tub were clean. The pool area floor was rough on the feet but probably for safety. Coffee and water available 24/7 and the coffee tasted very good! Overall, this hotel was very nice inside and out. We enjoyed our stay!

I was there for a family wedding. The front desk people were very nice but the room was damp humid and a bit moldy smelling. We turned it to dry and it didn't help the bed felt damp all night. There was kids running all over the place and you could hear them upstairs all day and half the night. I think if you have kids they should be on the first floor so that way everyone doesn't have to hear them running and yelling.

Pluses: Very clean, friendly staff. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Didn’t try the sauna. In room fridge had a separate freezer, which was a plus. Water pressure in the shower was good and nice hot water. Close to restaurants and shopping, 5 minute drive to the beach.
There is a free continental breakfast which consists of apples, yogurt, 2 cereal choices, bread for toast, and a waffle iron. It’s adequate, but don’t miss out on the wonderful breakfast restaurants nearby. I recommend The Breakfast Room in Dennis, Ann & Frans, and The Keltic Kitchen, in South Yarmouth.
The “game room” is only an air hockey table, so if that’s important to your family, you may want to keep looking.
Minuses: No soundproofing, could hear every step in the room overhead, and the snoring of our neighbor.
The beds are set on a metal base. The mattress shifts easily, and when you get in, or turn over, the metal makes a GONG noise, which was really irritating.
It was fine for our 2 night stay, but I will keep looking for our week long summer stay.

There was a youth hockey team there when we were there and they were running up and down the halls and screaming until midnight and were never spoken to by staff or parents. I understand kids will be kids but not all night long

This was my first real vacation on Cape Cod. Other than be located on a busy road, the Ambassador Inn and Suites is now my favorite place to stay! Very family and pet friendly.
