Our stay for the weekend wasn’t too bad. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable however I did feel like we could’ve used additional pillows. There was no conditioner in the shower, but additional shampoo. The lotion dispenser was off the wall and just placed on the counter. I also had one very, very small stain on my comforter, which just made me think that it was just not coming out during the washing process. You had to be looking at it to notice it so I didn’t really, but I did it via text. Lastly, is the pool I hate that it was not up and running because my family and I were looking forward to it. So hopefully they will get it back up and running seeing as though it’s already been a year we paid a good amount of money for a short time and not to be able to have their amenity that supposed to come with it.

I love the stay, but hated the fact the pool was closed because my grandkids was looking forward to the pool but we made the best of it any

I entrusted this hotel to provide a great customer experience for my daughter and 4 grandchildren. I booked through Expedia and when they my checked into her first room, there was blood on the sink and there was soap residue and brown stuff on the walls. The hotel put her into another room which had hair in the sink. Because my daughter was tired from the travel, she just dealt with it. When I called Expedia, they contacted the hotel who only offered more Hilton points and a free breakfast and that was their only 2 options. The free breakfast was already included with the stay so that didn’t work. I am extremely disappointed in the service that my daughter received especially after traveling a long distance with her kids a for them to only offer some cheesy Hilton points and free breakfast??? Will not recommend this hotel and to even think they did not compensate anything from the room with both rooms being unsanitary. Unbelievable!!!

We stayed 3 nights. Upon arriving i saw we had a hang tag to put outside the door if we didn't want service. In my mind they said they will service our room.
We reserved the room for 3 adults and one child. The room was stocked with 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 wash cloth. The first night there was just 2 of us, so no problem. When we got back to our room the next evening, our room had NOT been serviced, there were no more towels, because the shower flooded the floor due to handicapped accidentally and there was not a bath rug to help with the excess water we had to use the 3rd towel for the floor the night before. There were also 3 hangers from the previous guests still hanging in the bathroom.
We wanted to go to the pool, it's June, the indoor pool was CLOSED for service along with the hot tub.
There was not any more towels, coffee, coffee cups, bottles of water. We went to the desk to ask for the necessities and they kindly let us have what we asked for. The note on our floor said to go up to the next floor for their ice machine, I got to there and it was also broken without a note. I had to go back to the front desk. Again they were kind.
The next night we get back to our room and they had yet again NOT serviced our room. My husband went to the desk to get what we needed and asked why our room wasn't serviced, he was told we had to ASK to have our room serviced.

As a business owner, I despise leaving bad reviews but the truth must be stated. My family and I were disappointed with the accommodation from this facility. Our ice bucket contained leftover water from the previous tenants. The tub tile had built up mildew. There was chewed up gum on the floor near the bed and bed ruffles were filthy. Aside from that the curtains had stains, there was no tissue or towels in the room. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for everything. On top of all that, we were frighten by a woman screaming in the halls threaten to kill her boyfriend. Uncertain what occurred IN the room,but she definitely let everyone know outside the room the consequences of his actions. However, the front desk and dinning staff were amazing. Their attitudes were pleasant and welcoming. I hate leaving this review because of the front desk and dining staff, but whoever clean the rooms did an awful job. Maybe they were short staff or tired. Uncertain,but that was our experience.

Hello
I had a very disappointing stay. When I arrived it took about 30 minutes for me to get checked in because the e girl at the desk took a very long time to sign in. No fault to her. She was very apologetic and nice but the computer took forever to come up and allow her to sign in. This was at 11 pm and we were all very exausted from our travel there.
When I got to my room with my husband and daughter, it smelled like pot very bad to the point of giving me a head ache. The people next door had music blasting and was obviously smoke pot. I called the front desk and she called them and they did turn it off. The bathroom lights weren’t working so we had to shower in the dark.
The next day we went to to meet other family
Members for breakfast. The service was good but when I went into the bathroom the floor was very sticky and one toilet had poop all over and two other stalls had period blood on the seat and floor. I told the front desk and she said they had a party the night before. It was like 11 am and I feel that should have been clean by then.
I have to say it was not a pleasant experience and not to mention paying nearly$300 for the room.
I am very unhappy and disappointed in Hilton Garden .

Upon arrival the room’s air conditioning did not work. We were moved from a two bed room to a one bed room, my husband, two children, and I were forced to sleep on a single bed the first night. The next day I requested a two bed room. We were granted the new room, then the toilet flooded, we reported it and the front desk handed my husband a plunger, reporting that there was no additional staff on duty to assist. My husband ended up having to plunge the toilet. After the inconveniences we were offered nothing.

It was good. Here to visit family. Hotel was very clean and decor was current. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The area was okay but everything else was horrible. Wi-Fi never worked so my children had nothing to do. When I went to purchase snacks snacks nobody was at the front desk. When I called for cleaning of the room no one never came.
