Holiday Inn Express Waldorf, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was excellent. The family enjoyed the pool and breakfast was superb. The room was clean and the house keepers are awesome. The only big issue was check-in and poor customer service skills he needs more training on how to conduct customer care and problem solving with patient and less attitude. The shopping center near by is amazing. The 24hr coffee complimentary was out of this world. We will be back and share with friends & family😙

The pool was closed. And that was the main reason why I chose that hotel. There was a metal prong sticking out of the socket in the bathroom. What a danger to my child should he be curious about what this is. The boxspring cover was out of place. It was clearly stained.

It worked extremely well for us, as we were visiting family in Waldorf.

I booked a night at this hotel for the sole purpose to use the pool. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and she brought her two best friends. We tried using the pool but were unable to. We were told they were having a party. There was 20 kids in there, with one adult, who was NOT supervising. I get it, pools can get crowded. BUT they were OUT OF CONTROL! One of my daughters friends got hit with a football. The other had a kid thrown on top of her, which took her under. My three were huddled over in the deep end, by the ladder, unable to move around the pool. We left because it was unsafe. I went to speak to the front desk. Told her we didn’t want to stay and I wanted a refund. She apologized and said it’s not right and she’d contact the manager. She called me and said they could offer me some snacks! Hotels.com then contacted them on my behalf and they still refused to refund me!

We came to this property from NC for a family reunion. The hotel was about 6 min from the family reunion location. Hotel was in a good area,lot of dinning and shopping nearby. The front desk staff was very nice. Rooms was clean and we requested to all be put on same floor and we was. If we ever come back to this area I would definitly stay here. My grandkids enjoyed the pool.

This Inn is very close to where I have family and the Inn takes pets. Because of these reasons, we will probably be regular reservationist. At this point one concern is not having more baggage carriers available. Maybe a sign out log would be helpful so front desk personnel can locate the wagons if needed. And no light at night in the area where dogs are suppose to do most of their pottying. On the positive side, pesonnel are friendly, rooms are clean and smell fresh.

This Holiday Inn is suitable for a one night stay. The property is old. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the hotel smells damp and like cigarettes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My family and I stayed for one night. Not sure we could have stayed for longer than that.

The rooms were great and breakfast was wonderful too. Dominic at the front desk checked us on wirh no problem and every night we came back to the hotel always said hello. I have family that lives in that area and this will be our hotel from now on. Befs are so comfortable!

Everything was excellent , even the breakfast! Loved the 12noon checkout time. Only problem was kids over top of your head running around. They should have put the children on first floor.

The staff during check-in and out were friendly and helpful. In the room, the shower was dirty and the bed frame had a large white stain on in, leaving it rather unsettling to sleep in with our kids.
