When I arrived for check in, they informed that they overbooked and they booked me a room at a hotel that wasn’t comparable to their hotel, that was half the price that I paid them and didn’t offer any kind of monetary refund. After contacting them directly, the manager said that they booked me a room and I should be grateful. My family, friends and I will never attempt to book with them ever again. They are very unprofessional and disappointed me in every way.
