DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Laurel

The property did not have WiFi for the first 4 days!! I had family staying there from out of county and we ended it for communication. The place was medium!! I desk receptionist were ok!

The day I arrived, at approximately 5pm the rooms were not ready. There were several arriving guests/families waiting in the lobby for room assignments and front desk appeared short staffed as there was only 1 guest service agent running the desk. Probably just a fluke on that day. The rest of my stay was great. Nicely decorated lobby rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Poor kid at front desk had bad allergies..... but he showed up! That says something.

Breakfast buffet was great. Amazing courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Great location near hwy and wawa. Only con was there was no refrigerator in the room as we where traveling with toddlers.

My mother booked this property for me so I could stay to attend a funeral. We called prior before leaving to make sure everything would go smooth, a fridge and microwave was needed because I have a infant. I traveled here with 3 children after arriving the employee that checked me in was extremely rude. He told me I couldnt check in because i didnt have my moms card ( she paid for the room) instead of helping me figure out how to get checked in he screamed at me and was very rude. I ended up rebooking with my own card and he was upset i got the room and a cheaper rate and proceeded to tell me i couldnt check into the room. This had to be a terrible experience for me and my family. On top of that they didnt even have clean comforters, I had no energy to complain to management as my father just passed away. I wouldnt rebook this hotel even for $75 a month. I dont know if i will ever stay at the double tree again . This one was awful.

Property located close to family members. Did not like policy of cleaning room after four days, and when four days had elapsed and we requested the cleaning, it was not done. We had to move to another room to get clean sheets, towels, and empty trash cans.

Home away from home. My family loves this place. I do too
