Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Laurel, an IHG Hotel

I t was just right, close to food, great breakfast in the morning. staff was friendly and helpful. kids practically got the pool to themselves all weekend.

We were there for a family funeral and the accommodations were very nice. Your staff excellent!! Giving us directions to the Funeral Home, restaurant suggestions, even the weather when we were leaving and turning on the hot tub.Comfy beds,delicious and plentiful breakfast (free). Thank you.

Its wasnt bad to stay at this hotel everything was good beside ther wer ants in my room we noticed on ac whn we got ther in morning we noticed so many ants on table hanging around over food wch was sealed.also carpet my kids walked on ther feet turned black it was v filthy .thy need improve tht overall ill give 2.5 rating

Great family room. Nice staff and room was very clean.

I was at this hotel with my family (2 adults and 4 teenagers). We had to reserve two rooms. Upon arrival they very kindly put us in connecting rooms which I thought was excellent. As for the facilities, they are not modern but they are kept clean. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom, the room I had the air conditioning made a little noise at first I found it annoying but in the end you get used to it. In addition to the fact that the price seemed appropriate to me, we chose this hotel because it included breakfast which I found It seemed complete and they are always checking that there is always everything. And they always have coffee and tea available at all times. As for its location, it is convenient as it is close to several restaurants and supermarkets to which you can walk.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room a mini suite with sitting area and desk to work from. Bathroom a little small but clean with adequate amenities. The hotel itself very nice and clean. Location close to everything with lots of shopping/restaurants. Stayed 2 nights but would certainly book for more on another trip. The complimentary breakfast was a hot buffet, including your bagels/cereal etc. Staff attending to keep the area clean after each guest finished breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Great for families with children as well.

Room was nice and spacious, we had a double room with couch. Lots of channels on the tv. Good breakfast with bacon and eggs, cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine, with a large clean seating area. Small pool and a hot tub, kids and I enjoyed them! Lots of food and shopping nearby. My keys kept deactivating, but staff was friendly and helped me every time!

It was great, especially for a family with kids. Really appreciated the wide variety of breakfast options, made sure every kid had something they liked. Very happy, would stay again.
