One of the elevators was broken so there was only one to use for a full house. There was a sporting event for teens, so the place got a bit noisy and the second elevator went down. However, they got the second one fixed quickly and asked the teens to be quiet for the evening. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We had what we needed to have a good time as a family. The grandkids loved the pool! Thank you!

Our room was very spacious..large .very clean.. staff wàs very helpful and attentive..kids loved the pool...nice little breakfast every morning (coffee is only complaint).. Regular coffee would be nice..not just decaf and French roast.

My wife and I were in town for a family event. We stayed five nights. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and was also quiet despite the hotel being located right off of I-95. The manager Vasu was very accommodating, as was the entire staff. The free continental breakfast met our needs. The only negative was that the bathroom was rather small, but other than that we were very pleased. We will certainly stay here again.

Very much enjoyed this hotel. The room was very clean, children enjoyed the pool, front desk person allowed for a late check out. They also welcome dogs for a reasonable fee, which was a great bonus.

Upon arrival the fronr desk person was on a personal call on cell phone did not acknowledge my entrance I looked around the lobby return back still on a personal call. Itryed to hand him my id as he kept speaking so he could check me in. I pulled a cart out to unload to few bags i needed to take up to the 4th floor along with my 2 children. He turned to me and rudely stated the cart needes to stay in lobby. I looked at him and said it will be back in a few i need to drop off the items. Smh. the room overall was clean but did have flaws due to shoddy remodeling. breakfast area was okay did not like prepoured waffle mixes out without being covered. Morning desk staff seemed annoyed when asked for a extra shampoo and conditioner as I forgot ours at home. Pool was nice and heated. Extra towels pool side fully stocked.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean. My family really enjoyed the pool and fitness area which was very nice and not overcrowded. In addition, the hotel overall was very quiet and felt safe. The breakfast served a wide variety of food and the dining room was spacious! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

The gals at the desk were very helpful…we were a family of 5, and they gave us plenty of extra towels, bedding, and toiletries. Everyone was very nice. This was our 2nd time at this location, and we will definitely be back.

I would not stay here again. The hotel was sold out with kids because of a hockey game and I got no sleep. Kids were yelling, parents and staff didnt care. The toilet didnt work and I was told there was no one on duty who can fix it and they would give me a discount since there were no rooms. I asked for the said discount the next day and the person on said I know nothing about that. Never again would I stay here.
