Room was very spacious for our family of four.... check in was delayed an hour because room was not ready. That waa an inconvenience as we only got the room to go swimming.

This is a great hotel for a large family or if you need an extended lodge. This hotel definitely hold $500 and takes a while to release your funds. If you dont have an extra 500 to put on hold, I would look elsewhere.

Friendly staff, clean and large suite perfect for a family. Full kitchen with large fridge, full oven and microwave. Close to highway 95, free parking and free wifi. Cable channels include HBO. Would stay again.

The room was fairly clean but obviously need upgrade and maintenance. The front door doesn't seal and if somebody smoked outside - thankfully nobody did - I'm sure the smoke will make its way in. The carpet and a lot of things in the room just feel so old and worn. Surprisingly, the breakfast area is pretty nice and new and the breakfast selection is not bad. The room above us had children that jumped on the floor the whole night long - they should not book people with children that age on the second floor. Before we checked in, I called the front desk to ask if we could check in at 3pm, just one hour early, and was told only if I pay $27. There are a lot of beer bottles outside the other doors - overall it didn't feel safe staying here. Location is poor, you cannot safely walk to any restaurant or store.

The first room they put me and my family in was good, that was until I opened the fridge and there was old food inside it, they moved us but the next room had food on the walls in the kitchen area near the table. I’ll never stay here again

The property is convenient to University of Delaware, but far enough away that you don't deal with the evening noise of a college on a weekend.
The room was more specious than a standard hotel which was nice, especially if a family has small children that need to move around.
The property and rooms are in need of a higher degree of upkeep relative to the pricing of the hotel. The buildings and sidewalks could benefit from a pressure washing as the absence of that kind of upkeep makes the exterior feel dirty.
The room was clean from a bedding and vacuum the carpet perspective. However, the cabinets in the kitchenet and bath vanity look worn and don't leave me with a clean feeling.
The mattress was well past the time of needing replacement. My spouse and I kept rolling into the middle during the night because it was so saggy. It made for a poor night of sleep. The couch was also at end-of-life, but that was not as big an issue as having a poor mattress
The breakfast was what I expected - warming dishes of scrambled eggs, cold cereal, bagels, etc.
The staff was very nice. Despite it being a non-smoking hotel, my first room smelled like beer and cigarettes (I don't fault them for this, I assume the last guest did not respect the property rules). I immediately went to the front desk and they changed my room without hesitation.
Overall, I did not feel the property delivered what it should at a $225 - $250 per night range, thus, I likely would not stay there again.

The rooms are perfect for a family. Has a full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal and full fridge. Nice little counter top to eat and sofa. Like that it had 2 TV's in the room. Parking was easy to get right in front of room every night. Place is perfect to stay if visiting UDEL.
