Best Western Westminster Hotel

Sufficient for a one-night stay while moving my child into McDaniel College. The cleanliness was not the best and the fixtures/paint seemed old and in need of a refresh. There was no elevator so you have to walk the stairs to the second floor. I don't think I would stay here again, would probably be worth the 25 minute drive to stay at a little nicer hotel.

Closest hotel to the hospital where my dad was at. Booked for 2 nights hoping to be able to spend time with him, sadly he passed 1hr before we made it to MD from Ohio. Spoke to lady at check in & she said it was 3rd party do they’d have to do the refund.. spoke to Expedia & they said when reaching out to front desk they refused refunding the 2nd night!! Who wants to be in a room, 7 hrs away from home an extra night when the only family you were even coming for sadly was gone! We didn’t stay the 2nd night & left that morning. I understand business is business but have some compassion or.. better yet tell me no from the beginning & not give me the run around! Also- this hotel is 2 floors & has no elevator! How accommodating is that!
