Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

Was there overnight with 4 small children.. staff is extremely responsive and helpful. Room is clean and well stocked with towels.Breakfast was a great addition and my kids loved all the offerings!

When I stayed there, there were a lot of children running around the hallways, so it was very noisy.

My husband and I been staying here for 7 years whenever we visit our grandchildren in Sykesville. Nice place, great breakfast, easy access from I-95. However, there is never parking available when we arrive. Unfortunately, we both work until 7 pm on Saturday so we always arrive after 11 pm or later. We are traveling from NY so it can be a 5 or 6 hr. late night trip. Last trip (June 10th arrival) when we arrived at 12:30 am, I mentioned to the woman checking us in that there was no parking to be found. She responded "well, what do you expect when you arrive at 12:30 am". She suggested we park over in the other parking lot by the Hilton. Since I have a problem with my knees and use a cane, I told her that was really not an option. Maybe you could expand the parking area by taking a little of the oversized field behind the building. Or tell her that the customer can park in the front of the building given the circumstances.

We were visiting family in the area and the pool was fun. Breakfast was nice too. Good coffee!

The property was fine. The breakfast was mediocre (mostly ready-made stuff) . As is typical, there was no maid service unless requested, which is fine, but they should offer daily trash pickup (and leave clean bags to replace the full ones). Location is very convenient. There were people yelling near our room late one night, and what sounded like little kids running up and down the hallway.

Visiting with family in the area and this was super convenient. I’ll definitely stay again.

We visit family in the area often and this is my favorite hotel to say in. Nice staff, copious breakfast. On the less positive side the bed was uncomfortable and the pool is less than optimal.
