Scott at check in was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Toby, the maintenance person was also very friendly and was always working and cleaning. He also found me to let me know one of the kids had left an expensive pair of goggles down at the pool, and took the time to walk down and let me in after hours so I could get them.

The property is nice, quiet, and user friendly. I especially liked the availability of tea and coffee round the clock. However, compared to other neighboring hotels in which I regularly stay at in the area, the morning staffs at Hampton Inn did not seem seemed hospitable. I saw three children being refused hot breakfast because they arrived close to the closing time. While I respect the fixed hours of meal time, I wish the children were directed to prepared and ready to go items, such as fruits and yogurts.

I like to stay at the Hampton in when I visit family in Lewiston-Auburn as it is clean and convenient to many things. I did not take advantage of the fact that it is in walking distance of some of both towns' best restaurants on this occasion, but it certainly figures into my choice of places to stay.

We stay here when we visit family. The staff at this location are so nice! Everyone is super nice and happy to help you with ever you need. The hotel is clean and in excellent condition. The only downside is the parking. There is not enough parking adjacent to the hotel. If you don't get there early enough you end up in the back lot. This is not a problem when the weather is nice but if it's raining or icy/snowing it's not ideal.

I cannot say enough about the great experience we had in Lewiston! The Hampton was everything we expected and a little more. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was awesome! The pool and fitness room were very nice. We were able to do laundry on-site, too! Parking was great. The city has a small river walk behind the hotel and we could walk to see some sights and eat. The staff were friendly and eager to help with any request. They welcomed our visiting family as if they were guests staying at the hotel as well. With a new baby in the family, I will be back to Maine and will only stay at this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience from my whole family!

The hotel was decent but in a horrible location. The area around was sketchy and didn’t feel safe. Not a family friendly location at all. This was what was available at a decent price near the airport. Pictures online are deceiving.
