Hilton Garden Inn Auburn Riverwatch

My husband and I were going about 30 minutes past this hotel to visit family. However on the specific date we stayed here, it was our 20th wedding Anniversary so we decided to stop and stay here. We got in around 2 and were told our room wasn't ready which was fine because we were early. We came back at 3 and did not get our room until 4. And apparently there was a room ready at 3, but we were just not put in it. We chose our specific room for the jetted tub which was amazing and the balcony. I even asked when they changed our room if it was the same type (with the balcony) and was told yes. When we got to our room, imagine our surprise when there was a note that the balcony was closed until 4/1/24. I get it if that is a Hilton thing, but to be told would have been nice. There was just a huge lack of communication. All in all the room was absolutely beautiful and for that reason I would stay again. Everything else was great. Breakfast amazing!!!

We had a beautiful view of the falls & the location was key, within a couple miles from family.

I've stayed at this hotel several times visiting my family in Lewiston/Auburn. Our rooms are always professionally clean, the pool area is a bit small but a bonus. The restaurant is convenient and the best food in the area. The price for the menu is reasonable. The hotel is a bit pricey, but they make up for it with the conveniences!

The view from our suite was amazing the grounds were very nice inside check in and restaurant were great food was great great staff checking in. The downfall the pool is very small dated tiles missing dirty the hot tub was terribly nasty the Jets never worked there was a ton of kids the place was soaking wet on the floor no cameras no staff or cameras that look at the pool area for to see what’s going on. The kids didn’t even wanna use the pool, I as a parent didn’t want them to use the pool or the hot tub it was that nasty

Our room overlooked the beautiful falls. We were very happy that we had booked our room at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, ME. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay there anytime we are in the area. I will also recommend it to my friends and family/

This hotel is no better than a few super 8 ' s I have stayed at. The room was ok but not great. I was staying here for my wedding weekend and the staff did not offer my husband and I anything complimentary even when my mother asked. They charge you for everything and there is no continental breakfast for as much as you pay to stay here. Some of my family/friends stayed at the Marriott down the street and the rooms were 3 times as big and much nicer for the same price WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND DINNER! Yes the rooms at the hilton were clean but nothing special especially for how much you pay. I would not stay here again.
