Hampton Inn Shreveport Airport

Noisy with kids running in the halls and upstairs but that's not the hotels issue. Even though it was located across the street from the airport, there was barely any jet noise.

The 1st night I saw one (1) roach, killed it and went to bed. The next day my family & I woke up & drove to Atlanta,Texas for a funeral. I got in late, that night & went to bed. I woke up the next morning(around 9am) to a room full of roaches. I informed the front desk and someone came up to confirm. Roaches were IN THE BED, the bathroom, the closet, the desk, crawling up the wall! I took my clothes to my car. I went back to the desk, the took my phone number and said they would call the corporate office and call me back. I laid down in my rental car until time to fly back home to Maryland.I still have not heard from anyone . . . .. I have pictures & videos to support this disheartening experience.I hope to hear from someone immediately, otherwise I will take measures to rectify the situation.
