Second time staying here. Very convenient for moving kids in and out of college. Staff very friendly. Free parking is a plus. Rooms could be cleaned better. Looked like our room hadn’t been vacuumed, furniture had thick dust.

Amazing staff always greeting you, holding open the door, early check in. They have ample parking for free which is a huge plus! Safe and secure and they close the gate at night. Location is amazing as the cable car stops right outside the hotel! I work in oil and gas, so I stay in hotels 2 weeks at a time and must say this one for my family trip is amazing for a stay in NOLA. I can get to the French market in 25 min by cable car, the WW II musuem in 13 min. Ample food locations. The rooms are quite a decent size, and the decor is trendy but still classic enough to make you feel like you have that nostalgic New Orleaons feel.

First I would like to give a HUGE shout out to all your staff. Bravo, they made sure we were comfort, they made sure to greet us each time we walked in. My son asked for a tissue because he had a runny nose, they gave him a box of tissue, they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. They gave us advise on the area, they made sure we were aware of the parking. Overall, it wasn't like staying at a hotel it was like staying with long lost family that looked after you. Thanks, Also the room was super fancy, I almost felt like I should have dressed up a bit more to stay here :-)

Outstanding customer service, care and kindness. Team out themselves for accommodating my dad and I. Really felt like family in our stay not only just my dad and I but the staff was so pleasant and wonderful. Super attentive to all our needs.

Front desk agents do not acknowledge you whatsoever, most are sleeping or on their phones in the lobby. We were located in a room beside a crying baby, the walls are paper thin, we didn’t get much sleep…certainly not interrupted. Cleanliness is definitely a concern; The shower is filthy along with the carpets were there are blood stains and the couch has massive brown (?) stains. Someone had left their socks from the previous stay in the room, I’m certain the flooring wasn’t attended to between stays.
