Hotel was very nice. Decor and ambiance were befitting of the area and it was within walking distance or short drive to most high end shops and restaurants. Parking was easy but a little pricey. Hotel itself was very clean and the room we were in, double queen wirh view of the museum across the street, was very neat and clean. Bathroom was very nice. Not a recommendation for smaller children though because it isnt well outfitted for kids that we could tell. Blacktie function was going on when we checked in around 930pm friday night so it was a bit overwhelming. Great restaurants in the hotel and room service was quite good too.

A beautiful facility...Top notch in almost every way. Staff was remarkably poor. With the exceptions of Nate (front desk) and Maria and Linda (dining room), staff members were rude and unfriendly. Housekeepers didn't refill coffee supplies and chattered endlessly with each other in the hallway. TV was not functioning...Three calls and no results over a long weekend. Attempts to book adjoining rooms with family even with a months advance notice, were fruitless. Would not recommend. Would not recommend.

The smell as soon as you walk in was distinctive and location was close to the convention center and river walk. The carpet looked great along with the furniture and decor. The room was very cramped and tight and the shower losing water was not kind to our family.

It was just a beautiful, simple & classic! Just loved our stay and it was so convenient for our family since my son lives around the corner! Thank you for this unique experience, and the Museum was unbelievable!!

This hotel has been the best and cleanest hotel we've stayed at in over 4 years! Truly! In the mist of a pandemic cleanliness has been a topic priority for my family and this hotel has exceeded the standards! The staff are exceptional and so polite and courteous, from the front desk personnel - like John and Delisa, the restaurant and store personnel, to the gentlemen who helped with our luggage! The walk to key areas was ideal too!
