1 night. 2 visitors. Valet was at lunch. Front desk could not reach them. Was told “idk just give me your keys and leave it at the curb”. Charged $40 for valet. In Louisville. Terrible Asked to check in early was told “sure, for fee of $50” Front desk staff were rude, paid no attention, were in their phones, and chewing while interacting. Downstairs hyped “Swan” bar/restaurant had no life and opened late. Cocktails were good. Limited amenities. Small rooms. Small shower. Towels were rough and scratchy. Bathroom was large. Bed was comfortable. Will never stay again and will advise all friends/family to avoid.

My family was just passing through on our way home from vacation & stayed on a recommendation. Hotel is adorable, rooms are clean. If I were staying longer than a night, I would have wanted two rooms for my family of four, which includes two teens, because the rooms are small. However, I definitely recommend & want to come back & spend some time in Louisville.

Rooms are very small and not family friendly. Parking is valet only and there was a fee. In room could hear conversations in other rooms and shouting in hallway. Would not stay there again

The Grady is a beautiful little boutique hotel in downtown Louisville. It's close to galleries and restaurants and parking is quite easy. Perhaps because it is an older building, the room, although beautiful, was very noisy. I could hear children above me, and could clearly hear every word my neighbors were saying. Other than the paper-thin walls, it was a great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast in the downstairs restaurant The Swann was delicious.

The staff is outstanding! We stayed during a family emergency and I cannot say enough about the staff! So very kind and thoughtful!
