We stayed in a VIP suite while traveling to Louisville for a wedding. We came back in the evening, and there was no bedding for the pull out sofa where our children were going to sleep. The mattress was stained and disgusting. We called for bedding and were told they would bring it up shortly. We were all exhausted from traveling and the wedding, especially our kids. They were so tired they were crying because they didn't have a place to sleep. After waiting an hour, I called the font desk again to check on the status of the bedding. A security guard delivered the bedding about 15 min later. On top of that, our toilet was running and would not fill, which made it inoperable. We let the front desk know, but did not want anyone coming in the middle of the night to fix it. In short, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. UPDATE: I also left this review on another site trip advisor and the hotel manager replied that they would be getting in touch with to resolve the issue. Guess what... they never did.

A group of college kids stayed at the hotel. They yelled outside their rooms until very late into the night. Called the front desk but it didn't solve the problem. Carpet was stained. Would of liked to see a discount on parking.

There was a children's Bible convention in the hotel, and I was awakened at 7 am on a Saturday morning by banging on hotel room doors as chaperones tried to wake children. One of them even knocked on my door to borrow my hair dryer. The elevators were malfunctioning both days I was there. There was a puke stain on the floor of my hotel room. I was charged a mysterious extra 200 on my bill and am still waiting to find out why.

Overall, the stay was good. One of our two rooms wasn’t equipped with a second bed and a room change was necessary to accommodate our children. Also, even though we informed the hotel we would have children in each room, the additional beds were not made, nor was the bedding in the room. When requested, the bedding was delivered but it was the bare minimum (sheets, light blanket, no pillow). The children loved the pool and in the end, all went well.

This hotel is older but nice. Easy self parking options and check-in. The elevators were fast, the fitness center was nice. The restaurant for breakfast (Buffett) was great. The staff is helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is the open hallways to get to your room because the noise was very loud! There was some child competition (dance or cheer) the next day at the Convention Center across the street from the hotel and there might have been practicing or general fun and excitement in the lobby but it carried up to our room on the 5th floor, kind of annoying.

I booked my hotel room for my family of 5. When I checked in, I was asked if I actually needed 2 queen beds and I told the women yes, I do, I have a family of 5. Once we finally got into the room, it was only 2 queen beds so I had to call back down for a rollaway bed, which at this time I had to waive my fire safety rights. Not quite sure why they advertise a room that says sleeps 5.

There were a bunch of kids sports teams staying here too and the noise past 10pm was not good. It was hard to sleep with all the noise

Overall we were very happy with our stay! We were in the convention center and Omni all week/weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The pool was the main feature for us with kids. It was a little cold. But they enjoyed it. Also the wifi was a little hard to connect to our kids devices.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The only hiccup we had was that the pool was unavailable for the evening my kiddos wanted to swim.

The quiet time in the hotel is supposed to be 11pm-8am. My family was woken up several time throughout the nights we stayed because of the noise coming from the lobby and doors slamming I callled security 5x before I got an answer because of the screaming coming from the little girls in the lobby at 2am Only 5 ppl we’re supposed to be in the pool at a time, I counted 25 No sleep, horrible linens, noise level in this hotel is ridiculous, too many unsupervised kids
