The breakfast was always great, the staff was sweet and gracious, and everything stayed cleaned. Our stay has been the best we’ve ever had.
I’d also like to add that my kids have ADHD and the hotel staff were very understanding about any extra noise. There were no looks or comments made like we’ve had at other places. I highly recommend this location. ♥️

It was clean and great for families. We played pool and games in the lobby and there was plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The room was smaller than I expected. If you don't travel with lots of stuff....its a really nice place to stay.

This location was perfect for our 2 night stay to see the Ark and Creation Museum! The breakfast was nice and our kids loved the lobby area with all of the game options. It is also close to plenty of restaurant options for dinner.

Interesting foyer to gather with friends & family - billiards, games, eating, internet, TV screen, & near warm pool. Very friendly hotel & inviting spaces inside & out. Great hot breakfast & comfy beds.

I was very impressed, my kids were coming in to visit at last min, I was worried there were no rooms. I happen tool in to hotels in Florence and came soon this one, so when I booked I went right down the road and found it. And boy was I amazed! This is a very family oriented, and my grandsons enjoyed the pool very much!

Amazing, fun place to stay with a good, hot breakfast. They had a pool table, games, and puzzles available to use right in the lobby. We were there 3 nights and their lobby came alive every night, with families. Will look for other “Tru” hotels!

We had a great stay at the Tru! Check in was a breeze, and the girl working the desk was super nice. The room was clean and smelled great. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and being able to sit outside. My kids also loved how we could watch the airplanes coming in. I checked out on the Hilton app which also made check out simple.

I have stayed in this hotel three times in the last 12 months. I was a fan up until my stay from 01-04 to 01-06. I was staying in Room 229, the farthest one can possible be from the elevator. The first night, I quietly went to my room and watched some TV. I got up the next morning and was gone for the entire day, only to return to find that the remote control for the television was missing.
I looked under the bed, under the mattress, drawers behind the desk, night stands, etc. Gone.
I rang the front desk and explained the situation and requested a replacement remote control. The front desk person seemed to take the request like I was trying to have her explain the theory or relativity and repeat it back me in Chinese. The request seemed like a big challenge her.
My guess is that Housekeeping rolled the old sheets up when making the bed and mistakenly bundled the remote control in the dirty laundry.
I offered to come down to the front desk and retrieve a replacement remote control. I suggested taking a remote control from a vacant room and bring it to me as a fix. None of it made sense to the front desk employee. She finally called me back 45 minutes later and explained, "I'm sorry, I can help you with your request."
What??? Huh?? You have to be kidding me??
The morning at check out, the night front desk person merely asked if i wanted a printed copy of the receipt. No apologies or thank you. He could've cared less. Plenty of other Florence options.
