The room felt very cold and wet/damp upon walking into it for the first time. And no matter what we did to try and adjust the settings, it didn’t help. It was the middle if the night when we got in so changing rooms with a toddler and 2 dogs would have been even more inconvenient so we just dealt with the discomfort.

Sadly our non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes, it was horrible and when asked if I could switch rooms said they were booked, but online said they weren't, the front desk gentleman said he would try to find the machine to get the smoke smell out, but I guess he never found it . To add to it were kids running up and down the hallway, a dog barking in the room across the hall & a cat meowing next door

This hotel met our needs. We stayed here during our trip to the Creation Museum and the Ark encounter. It's a good medium spot between the 2 locations and CVG airport. The rooms were adequate, good water pressure and beds comfortable enough. Parking was free and the area felt safe. Carpet however has a smell, especially in the hallways but not so bad in our room. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the biscuits and gravy was excellent. The food lady worked very hard in refilling the dishes for everyone. The staff over all were pleasant and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool was not available during our stay as the kids were looking forward to it. All in all, good value for the money. We would stay here again!

Good service from the desk. The property is a bit run down. Fun salt water swimming pool for the kids. Clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast. Fairly quiet despite the location in very busy section of town.

The beds were comfortable. Our room was musty smelling, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch, the corner lamp didn’t work, there was no safe, and no microwave in the space meant for it. Our family had a room next door, and their microwave was in place. The maintenance guy was off duty, so there was no way to remedy any of these things. For three guests, we had four towels, and had to go find more from housekeeping. The breakfast was meh, but the coffee was awful..we overheard other guests commenting about how nasty the coffee was. No fault of the staff..she said it was the instant mix BW sent them. All in all, the experience was “just adequate”..minimal. After all, there were no bedbugs, nobody starved, and there was a coffee shop nearby. We’ll probably avoid Best Westerns in the future.

Our family of 5 appreciated that the staff had the pull out sofa bed completely made. Coming in late and we were all tired and it was inviting. Thank you.

The room was dirty, bed looked like someone was sleeping in it. In the bathroom there is mold on the bathtub, some left a bar of soap out of wrapper on a dirty towel. Then on top of it off we have a handicap child with a wheelchair. You have three space and they where filled by two cars.

room was great. kids loved the popcorn at night and the breakfast was the best. Hotels.com made it the best quick booking as we were on the road.
