Great stay! Clean, great service, great breakfast, and kids had fun at the pool. Great location. Central to places we were going, Walmart for extra clothes (cold front came through), and food.

My family was there to see the solar eclipse. We booked for 4 nights. The first night my son suddenly passed away. The hotel not hotels.com refused to refund any money. I will never stay at another Hyatt or use hotels.com ever again. He was a US Marine.

Hotel is dated, Hallway carpet was torn and worn out. Room AC unit was leaking and carpet area next to unit was wet and smelled of mold. Room carpet seemed dated and worn. Need ice machine available on 1st floor. Breakfast was good both days. Pool was fun for kids.

Arrived at about 2 am with our family of three children. Something was wrong with the computer system so our room keys could not be made. The night manager took us up to our room himself and we found our keys put under door in the morning for us. It seemed that they really cared to treat us right after a long night drive. Breakfast was wonderful as well. All in all great quality stay for the price.

It was a decent experience till it came to leaving and realizing my kids christmas present was left behind and instead of being able to get it back, never got a call back nor " they couldnt find it " so housekeeping stoled it the same day i checked out and cant even get it handled properly.

We came with our daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. It was in a great location for our trip to The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and adjoining rooms so we could have easy access to each other. The rooms were very clean we all loved the breakfast in the morning. The motel added to a great trip and memories.

Unfortunately, they, as well as many other places are understaffed. Also, the covid policy of NOT servicing a room in multi night stays should be ENDED. Especially with families and family attractions nearby. Empty garbages, fresh sheets and beds made is very helpful in multi night stays- especially with families. The breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be given their policies.

Quick stop over while on a family trip. This hotel was clean and easy to get to from the freeway. The staff at checkin couldn’t have been any nicer. They were having some issues with the computer system at the time, however the kept smiling and did their best to get us checked in and to our room quickly. Room was clean and comfy, no complaints here. Breakfast was good with lots of nice options hot and cold. The entire staff throughout our stay was wonderful.
