We stayed two nights while visiting family in the area. Very clean and comfortable. Extra cups and towels were delivered within minutes of our request. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen. My kiddos absolutely LOVED the pancake maker. Hot tub jets were a little weak and the pool room could use some sound proofing. This will definitely be our go-to from now on.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff excellent. Thank you for making our 40th anniversary amazing! Will definitely come again and recommend to family and friends.

I have stayed at this hotel many times when traveling from Nebraska to Michigan. This time was not a good experience. I don't normally leave reviews. First i was charged $258 for this room which I feel is literally "highway" robbery. I have stayed here many times and the price is typically around $150. When we arrived at 4pm I was told our room was not ready. I said check in is at 3pm. At this price I should have access to the room. They were willing to switch my room but wanted to charge me the river front price which was $300. I was insistent and the manager was willing to honor hotels.com price. My sister arrived at 6pm and was also told her room wasn't as well and needed my room to get ready with her family so we could go out for our dinner plans. Another disappointment was the hot tub which was dingy almost brown so we did not use it. The pool was clean.

It's great that there are so many breakfast options!! My husband only eats chicken/turkey and there was turkey sausage. The egg white vegetable omelets are so tasty!! Hotel is always clean. We like the view of the river!! This is now our go to hotel when we visit family in Bettendorf. The only downside is the train noise.
