I have family in Des Moines and this is my favorite hotel to stay while I am visiting. I love the little kitchen and living room set up and the Drake neighborhood is really nice and walkable.

Staff was so accommodating to me and my family. We stayed there for a Drake tour for my son but my daughter wanted to swim in the pool but because the tour ended at noon normally we would have to check out. Gina and her team allowed us to check out late and my daughter was able to swim for about for 20 minutes before we had to check out and hit the road. Thanks so much

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Huge shout out to Sue who opened the breakfast early for my kids to be able to eat before a soccer tournament! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Superb hotel. We traveled for a family wedding. We needed space for 4, including two teenagers. The large room allowed us to co-exist in comfort! It was a secure building, location was ideal to both downtown and the suburbs. Staff was so friendly! Breakfast was awesome. Loved our stay. And……It was affordable!
