Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

The availability of quality dining for a hotel located right next to a gigantic stadium was literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Seedy bars overrun this neighborhood, and I would not ever feel safe bringing my family here. The service at the hotel and everywhere in the surrounding area was also truly awful. No attempt at customer service was made, even after the hotel fire alarm woke everyone up at 1am because some drunk idiot fell asleep while making a pizza. There were several moments I was literally afraid for my life at this hotel, and everyone acted as if this were very normal for this neighborhood. I will not be using this hotel again

My husband and I came with our kids for a night to swim and attend a concert. Parking was insane due to the Colts game, we ended up having to pay to park in the city centre parking but it was $25 compared to $40 cash what they were charging to park for the game! The hotel was great! Beds were cozy, air conditioning worked great. Plenty of space! I like that we had a kitchenette and could use the plates and such. I would add pictures to this review, but yet again, it won't let me on the app!

Made Indianapolis a stop on the route home. Staybridge was a fabulous stay for my whole family. We didn’t want to leave with how comfortable the beds and room was. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

Breakfast was amazing and had a large variety of food options, including hot items! We had a one bedroom suite and that was very nice for our family. Very clean hotel. Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium, less than a five minute stroll.

Stayed here as a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Sleeper sofa NOT comfortable. Mattress was poor and every spring could be felt. Breakfast was great. Not enough seating in dining area but worked well to take food back to room. Little kitchen with full size fridge was very nice. Room was clean and no evidence of age. Grout in the bathroom and kitchen looked like new. Little parking space so had to use parking garage shared with another hotel and short walk from this hotel. Close to ballpark, stadium, and I think a conference center.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were really hoping to have some pool and hot tub time but it was consistently full of kids and families (which is great too) but I’m wondering if there could have been an after 10pm adult only time or before 10 am? The room was beautiful, up to date and clean. Was very happy with our stay! Thank you!

The hotel itself was immaculate clean. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff were very nice. However there was mechanical issues with the elevators. One was down during our stay and we got trapped in another when trying to get to our room on the 8th floor. We were stuck with another family. Had to call the fire department because we could not get a hold of the front desk after pushing the call button several times and physically calling with our cell phones. I’m leaving a good review because the manager did make it right and refunded our stay. Still a scary experience. We also walked 8 flights of stairs after the incident to get back and forth to our room during the rest of our stay. Hotel was great, just needs some mechanical work to their elevators to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

It was a clean nice place. The employees were awsome the hotel was great. The only problem was the drug deal that happened in the parking lot right next to my vehicle when me and my family where trying to leave.
