Had kids running and screaming down the halls at midnight. Called the front desk and they put a stop to it immediately.
Nice location if your going to a football game or event at Lucas Oil Stadium…

We booked 3 suites for 3 nights; suites because that's all that was available. Rates were high, but the location was what we wanted. We felt safe and it was in a quiet/convenient location. Staff was great! Breakfast was hot and there was a good variety. Rooms could've used some updating but were comfortable. Grandkids loved the pool and Pa loved the hot tub.

Couple of things that didn't go well with my stay. Firstly, I had requested for the quieter and higher floor room and I was provided exactly opposite. Bang opposite to the pool and on the ground floor. The room was extremely noisy till 10pm while kids and families are enjoying in the pool. To make it worse, the other end of the room was road facing and I could hear every car.
Secondly I was provided an accessible room and so everything in the room was designed for the people with accessible needs. For me, everything was too low like the grab handles, the toilet seat, the shower etc. Way too inconvenient.
Had requested for early check-in and I understand that while it was not guaranteed, but atleast some efforts could have made. I was given room 10 minutes before 3PM while I see that people with late checkout requests were approved. So when you allow people to checkout "late" you are bound to not let people with "early check-in". Why to disbalance ?
Other than above, the property is nicely located and close to convention center. Good breakfast spread and had basic amenities in the room.

Great location if you are attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was satisfactory, no complaints there. Room was good, however the walls are thin and the kids jumping up and down and screaming in the room above ours kept us awake until after 11pm.Didn't know we had to pay for parking..$25/day. 6.5 out of 10.

Great location across the street from Lucas Oil Stadium. Short drive to many local downtown restaurants.
Desk staff was amazingly kind, helpful and friendly.
Negative- SO LOUD! The walls are paper thin. We listened to all the conversations from the restaurant across the street that faced our room 😳 We listened to the child screaming in the room across the hall for most of the evening. We listened to the cleaning staff all morning visiting while taking care of the rooms on our floor.
Don’t get me wrong, you can typically hear people in the halls or cleaning staff entering rooms, but at this hotel, you hear word for word conversations all day! 🙉

Pool was down for maintenance but wasn't notified until the manager charge my debt card. Had us use the pool at a hotel down the alley. That pool was nasty and not clean. There is a few parking spaces. So they said to use the parking garage for free but it was not free. There were homeless hanging around the front of the hotel. Parties in a lot of rooms. Very noisey. The BEST thing about this place was the breakfast! And the wonderful woman attending to every station by herself. Including the trash cans! She needs a raise. In conclusion my family and I will not be using this hotel in the future.

I really wish I could give a perfect review to this hotel. However, this is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I know it’s not their fault but the street was so loud that I was startled out of sleep all night, for two nights by revving engines and sirens. I know this is a city but you’d think they’d make the windows thicker. I’ve stayed in other cities without this problem. I’m pretty sure my car windows are thicker than the ones in this hotel. Even ear plugs didn’t block out the noise.
Second, I got this hotel for the pool because of my kids and the second night, they closed it due to chemical issues and asked us to walk across the street to their sister hotel. Considering how exhausted we were from our activities, this was not fun. So my kids did not get to swim as much as we had planned and that’s always their favorite part. So I endured the street noise for a pool we couldn’t use :(
Parking is also not included, which is kind of frustrating since the parking lot is literally attached to the hotel. Not to mention paying for parking everywhere else in the city.
However, the breakfast was great, facility was clean for the most part, location was okay (although there weren’t any restaurants nearby with free parking available), and the staff was friendly. I probably wouldn’t stay here again strictly because of the noise.

The manager we worked with was super friendly and helpful. He was a young African American man who was always smiling and greeted us each time. I wish I would've gotten his name, as he deserves much credit as to why we were so happy with our stay. The breakfast had good options for our whole family. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but were not horrible either. I would say we would definitely stay again.

Stay was nice. Room was spacious for our family of 5. We were on the 6th top floor and still could hear traffic clear as day. Pool also small but it was warm
