Hampton Inn & Suites Avon Indianapolis

Was in town for a family event. Spent $400 per night for a $100 room

I booked this hotel based on prior positive reviews as I was unfamiliar with the area I was visiting. I was not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and the entire hotel was clean and bright. My room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. And the best surprise was delicious coffee the next morning. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and worried about having to go out and find a spot nearby. I didn't have to worry. The complimentary breakfast bar was awesome. Highly recommend and will stay again next time I visit family in Avon.

Great service! The friendly staff called up to our room a few minutes after check-in to make sure our room had everything we needed. Room was clean, beds were nice and comfy, extra pillows and a blanket were in the closet, and breakfast was good. It may a night away from home with little kids a positive experience!

The hotel was very clean and organized, staff was super freindly and the area felt safe. Close to shopping and all the best eateries. The cons, beds were very hard. So me personally i didnt get good sleep. But you may like a firmer bed. The pool was indoor which is great but 1 it was very small. 3 good strides and your at the other end. 4ft was the deepest so its more of a wading pool than anything and NO hot tub. Also it was salt water. So accompany that with dry soap for showers you get the idea. Breakfast was standard hotel food waffle marker was the best they had going for it. But it wasnt kept stock we had to wait 10 minutes for them to refill the syrup so the kids could eat their waffels. But if your looking for a safe clean hotel this is the place for you. But we will try the Marriott across the street next year when we come back to Indianapolis.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfest service was amazing! If my family and I (including our dog) are ever in the area again we will definitely be staying here.

Our stay was very pleasant. The check in ladies were very friendly. We also had a craving for ice cream and it was available on site because all of the stores were closed or closing. Breakfast was very good and check out was easy. We will be back. We have family in the area and will be back for visits. We will come back when we make our visits. Thanks for the really nice place to stay.

Everything about our stay was fantastic except for the pool. Even though it was indoor, there were tons of bugs and things floating in the water early in the morning even though we saw someone "cleaning" it the night before. The staff, the breakfast was all absolutely great and we would definitely stay at this location again. But will definitely not try to swim. Our kids were disappointed with the pool.
