Comfort Suites West Indianapolis - Brownsburg

Got to hotel to check in and power was down in surrounding area which I know was out of their control. Had to be switched out of 4 separate rooms because the first room the toilet had urine already in it and the toilet was not flushing. Second room was completely down with nothing working. Third room was good, well at least I thought up until we had to switch out again @2am due to the temp being 87 degrees cause the air conditioner stopped so I had to wake up my 3 youngest children who were already asleep and my 14 yr old to help me move all of our belongings to swamp over to the last room which was infested with ants everywhere. So I had my last straw and just left and didn’t decide to stay the another night. The waffle machine was down which my kids were looking forward to the morning of and was disappointed. The hotel manager Rita Mattox and the night employee Ethan had such a horrible attitude because of my complaints which they offered no sympathy and even Ethan had the nerve to roll his eyes and huff because I asked for assistance while carrying all of our belongings and trying to get back settled in the other room with my irritated autistic 3 yr old and 9 yr old foster children.

Comfy, clean room. Great customer service. Nice, warm pool. My only complaint would be that there weren’t enough accessible electrical outlets for all our gear - there were 4 adults & 2 kids (2 yrs old & 2 months old).
