Customer service was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful and Sue goes above and beyond. We came up for a quick trip because of a death in the family and the staff made us feel like we were at home.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. The hotel is very convenient to visit family. We will continue to stay here when we visit Lockport. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is great. This hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and the 355 expressway. Thank you staff for a pleasant stay every time.

The hotel was nice, staff very friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed, so I had a disappointed kid, it was one of the reasons I chose the hotel

Came with 3 children for pool and time with friends. Was not informed pool was under maintenance and closed. Would have been helpful to know it AT check-in and not 2 hours later when kids were taken to locked door. I was able to have charge reversed and move to another Holiday inn express nearby.
