We really liked the room. Very clean. The breakfast area was very nice and clean and had a good breakfast. We had requested a room for a handicapped person because of an older family member who has to walk with a cane. However there were no tub chairs at the hotel for bathing. That would have been very helpful in our situation.

We had to come down for a family funeral and we called ahead of time to see if we could check in early, which we was able to do. When we arrived Rome checked us in and was more than happy to assist in anything we needed for our stay. Rome was truly an amazing guy at the front desk and genuinely caring about the guest. We need more people like Rome !!

This was a 1 night stay with 3 kids, for a local event. Rooms were clean, comfortable. I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed and pillow. The kids enjoyed the pool. The night we were there a storm knocked out power to the hotel and the whole town. Due to the power outage we couldn't get dinner, or use the vending machines. This reminded me of the need for some sort of backup food source (like granola bars) in the event this happened again. The front desk staff handled the situation calmly. We had not issues, other than no power, but that wasn't a hotel problem. That was a whole town problem.

Delicious breakfast. Beds are so comfortable and rooms are extremely clean. Your staff at this location do an excellent job. I've stayed here 3 times while traveling to visit family and always an outstanding experience.

We had a late night check-in due to delay in trip. At check-in friendly staff. Very welcoming hotel. Breakfast had a variety of food. My daughter loved the pancakes. Great place to take your family.

We arrived. Kids running in parking lot and front lobby at midnight. Little kids under 12. Either the clerk was asleep or high. Took her minute and she struggled. First room gave us has not been cleaned. Beds unmade, towels on floor. Second room…before she could open the door her kids were running out of it. This woman had at least 5 children at work with her running wild outside and inside. We left. She said she would refund but she didn’t know how. It was late we were exhausted and we left with no credit. I think I’d we’d stayed around for the credit would have been more time. We want the refund who ever has to do it.

This was a stay with our daughter and grandchildren. Our purpose was to swim and have fun. We accomplished that. My only complaint is that bathrooms are at the opposite end of the facility from the pool. When you have small children that go frequently and have to traipse dripping wet and half dressed down a hall through registration with people everywhere to the far end of the hall for bathroom visits you know that this was not well thought out. We left a trail of water in the tile. Dangerous situation
