Hampton Inn Decatur/Forsyth

Room was not clean at all was dead bugs on the wall sheets and covers had stains and it was piles of poop infront of the entry hotel door me and my family left the hotel after a hour we did not even stay

Overall it was clean and a safe place to stay over. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking a lot of items: no syrup for waffles and low food amount. Also the pool was closed for maintenance so our kids couldn't use it.

My family wanted a little get a way in this cold weather it was a very clean hotel; pool was a little cold, but kids enjoyed it, we were a little disappointed no waffles in the morning, but we survived. Overall a very nice stay. ordered pizza from Pizza Factor it was awesome.

Clean room and lobby/dining area. Front desk accommodated us with the use of the lobby table and chairs to have pizza with our family. They also brought us roll away bed for and extra grandchild to stay with us.

I did book a reservation for just a night. The ambiance outside of the hotel looks super nice, when we got in, front desk were not approachable. We got in our room, I am just ready to lay down abd saw a stains in my comforter and the we can hear running kids outside till midnight, you can hear heavy footsteps in the second floor too. It was my first time staying in hampton and will never book this place again.

Very convenient location. Friendly polite staff and great breakfast. The hotel was clean but needs new carpet and a few repairs. Old paint, etc. Small size made it feel safe for my family. Asked for fresh towels but ended up having to get them myself late at night. Pool was nice but too salty. I would stay here again but may not be my first choice unless I know it has been updated.

Staff members were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok. Pool was small, but our family enjoyed it. Rooms were what you would expect.

Unfortunately, when we arrived we found out the pool needs repair, which should be completed in/by May 2022. The kids were disappointed, but the hotel staff of this hotel and the one directly next door arranged a time where we could swim in the hotel next door's pool! The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was comfortable and the service was very good! There was a family reunion taking place during our stay, but even though Hope, at the front desk, was very busy, she delivered additional towels to our room upon request. The breakfast was good… eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. Our only complaints were that the tile floor in our room was sticky and the hallway carpets were dirty.

My friend with a young daughter and I were visiting family in Decatur and we booked this hotel for a special girls trip plus a pool. When we arrived the front desk staff told us the pool had been out of service FOR YEARs. Why then is it still advertised? The staff was great and accommodated is by asking the hotel next door if we could use the pool. I would not have stayed here had I known there was no pool. Also, there was no mini-fridge. What hotel, especially a Hilton chain, doesn’t have mini-fridges these days? We had no place to chill drinks and snacks for our special weekend. The staff was very accommodating and attentive.
