They have a coffee bar, but no staff barista. The front desk clerk made our coffee and it wasn't great. There was a family with screaming children on our floor. But the room was big, and very clean. The free breakfast was good too. Overall it was a good stay all things considered.

I just wanna start out by saying this place was absolutely beautiful!!! All of the staff was amazing and so kind! But there is one that we really need to thank and his name is Jay!!! We was hands down the best! So kind and so sweet and very very accommodating to us and the whole family! We need more people like him in this world!!! He made the whole experience magical!! We will definitely be back!!! We came for my husbands Navy graduation and stayed almost a week!! Thank you so much Jay and of course everyone else!!!

I was really impressed with the overall aesthetic of the hotel. It was very clean and charmingly decorated. It was a bonus to have a playroom for the kiddos. I would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here. Absolutely loved it.

It’s 10 minutes from the base, located in a quiet, friendly town. Loved the clean rooms, pretty decor and friendly staff. I would recommend staying there if you are NAVY family!

While we eventually had a decent week-long stay here, unfortunately I don't feel I would come back. I read the reviews before booking, but I know how some people just can't be pleased no matter what you do, so I went ahead and booked with an open mind. It was also one of the few affordable places with a king bed, which was what my focus was. Unfortunately, some of the negative reviews were right. The hotel is PART of a building with other businesses, some are open while others are not. It is on a busy main road, so there's plenty of traffic noise, especially if your room is on the street side. There's no noise reduction, so you do hear children/people running up and down the hallways. Parking is less-than-ideal, only having 6-8 spaces available, and in two other parking lots across the back alley. Our room the first night was very sketchy, the latch on our door was broken and a hole in the wall, but they were very accommodating and put us in a better room the next day. There is the newer policy of a $20/day "deposit" hold that is placed on your account upon check-in and is released upon check-out. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and understanding, and wrongs were righted, but the hotel just gives off the feeling of an old has-been that's trying to make a comeback.

Not sure who or what was in the room above us, but OMG it sounded like a zoo. I thought at 1 point whatever or whoever was going to come through the ceiling. Sad part about this was it was after midnight on a Friday and Saturday night. Saturday night I finally had to call the front desk and they said they would contact the people above us and if things didn't get quiet in 10 minutes to call them back. They did finally calm down, but kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. The hotel was nice, the beds are hard as well are the pillows. When we checked in they also charged another $20 per night which they stated would be refundable why not sure room was paid in full before we checked it.

What a gem in the middle of dowtown Zion! Visiting family in Waukegan and this is by far my the NICEST place to stay in the area. EXTREMELY beautiful hotel at a ridiculously reasonable rate. Classy, convenient, gorgeous hotel. And I am VERY picky!!!

We have stayed here in the past. It is a nice place, a little over priced but the shuttle to the Faire is nice. We had our family booked there for a weekend trip to Bristol. We had 8 rooms and everything was good. The bar and restaurant are closed, have been for a few years. Unfortunately our visit was sullied by a woman at the front desk who when asked about the bar across the street told us that it was "to dark in there". My husband responded with "they don't have good lighting?". Not taking the hint she plunged ahead with "there are alot of black people there" and "I wouldn't want you to get shot". Needless to say our next visit was in a new hotel...

My 7-day stay at the Inn was amazing! Jennifer was very courteous & she even upgraded my room to the family suite for the entire stay. The inn is quiet, safe, modern, clean, has comfortable beds, a beautiful lobby, a library, laundry room, and about 45 minutes drive to Chicago. Baileys restaurant next door has great food. Zion beach is 4 minutes away. Overall, my family & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great customer service & excellent management.
