Perfectly met all our needs for a weekend near our kids. Love that it's dog friendly, but unfortunately the dog-friendly accommodations had a kind of shabby sofa. Wish the rooms had better lighting, too. A few more lamps with brightness switches. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Staff are all very very nice.

We had a horrible experience. We had reserved a suite with a king bed. When we got there, they put us into a room with a queen. When we said something, they said they did not have any rooms with kings available and that we can try switching the next day. That night we got into the queen bed. Only the frame was broken and we sunk into the middle. On top of that the room was extremely dirty. There were stains all over the front of the refrigerator. They moved us into a small room with a queen , which was a little cleaner. The stairwell was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the carpet going all the way down the stairs. Dirty walls as well. We are on the first floor and there were kids running around yelling and swearing throughout the evening. The front desk clerk just seemed like she did not want to be there and would not do anything. my parents stayed in another room at this hotel and also had to switch rooms. There are no icemakers there. When we said some thing, the front desk clerk said our refrigerators had an icemaker and to just turn it on. Well, it takes hours to make ice . So dumb! I would never ever consider going here again. Forgot to mention that the hallways had a terrible odor as well.

This hotel is disappointing overall. The room was dark and dingy, and filthy upon arrival. There were cobwebs everywhere and we literally walked in on two spiders mating under the framed wall art adjacent to the entrance. I did not have high hopes at that point.
Our one year old was walking around barefoot right when we arrived, and the soles of her feet were black with grime. That’s when I went to the front desk and complained—they came and did an okay cleaning—the only service we received during our 5 night stay. They offered to shampoo the carpet but said they couldn’t because we were in the room. Maybe keep the rooms clean when they’re not occupied? Just saying.
There’s just so much to complain about, so here’s a list: the shower barely ever got hot; the bedroom TV is falling off of the mount; the couch in the living area is nasty; the dishwasher wouldn’t open, and when we tried using it, it basically fell out of the cabinet; we booked here because we need a kitchen because of the toddler, but they do not provide sponges and expect you to use a towel—not cleaning my baby’s bottles with a nasty towel; and breakfast has no variety and was one of the weakest I’ve seen in comparison to similar hotels.
There is a side door so you don’t have to lug your belongings all the way to the front door of the building, but the card reader was broken so guests were keeping the door open with a rock; worse, random groups hang out next to the door and drink.

They very racist. Me and my kids was not in a hotel more than 30 minutes we got kicked out because I went downstairs to them with a concern about what someone say to my kids. The man got mad at me and told me I can get out his hotel, and now they would not refund me my money. p

We had a king room with AC troubles. We had to buy a fan for sleeping as the AC was too loud to run. Told we would get another room the 2nd day and financial compensation. Never got any compensation and we were not moved until the 4th day when we said we could not stay there any longer.
Room furniture was stained and old. Blow dryer broken and had to ask twice before any response. Nice sheets and the kitchens were fine for our stay.
We will not return and will not recommend to family or friends.

They have a wonderful patio area for quick relaxation. The hotel was full to capacity yet it did not seem like any area was ever busy or crowed. I enjoyed My stay with 3 small children my husband and emotional companion. The room size was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay and the safe was wonderful and very accommodating.

We recently stayed at Staybridge and loved every minute of it! The breakfast was amazing, staff were so friendly and even played peek a boo with my toddler! Every person had a smile on their face and would assist us in any way needed. The hotel was quiet (besides my daughter playing in the lobby). Check in and check out are quick, room was exceptional, price was very reasonable. We will only stay here from now on when we visit the city. Close but far enough from the hustle and bustle.

Requested quiet room on higher floor and I got it. Room was clean, bed comfortable, kitchen fully equipped except I couldn't find any silverware. Had to get some from breakfast area. Staff very helpful and nice. I met only few families with children during my stay, there were mostly adults in the hotel. I appreciate that it was really quiet and I was able to relax.
Breakfast was good .
