The staff, although polite, were unresponsive to requests. I asked for clean towels, and to have the room's coffee replenished, neither happened. There was a large amount of trash left in the elevator lobby. When I reported, it was still there, two hours later. Groups of children, aging from about seven, and younger ran through the hallways unattended, using the elevators as amusement park rides.

We had kids with us and the surprise pool closure only announced in the lobby after purchase and upon checkin was frustrating. My brothers family has three small kids and they were equally disappointed. The info about the pool have been on the website. We would have not booked the rooms if we would have known. If you want to cater to families traveling than get the pool up and running and be honest about it on the website.

The property itself was nice but very outdated. There was a sign as we walked in that the pool was closed permanently which makes me feel it is not a kid friendly place for families to stay. The lounge area was very nice.

I booked four points by Sheraton for the price and I was unhappy and it was very filthy until I moved the same day to Marriot and my world 🌎 changed. Lol 😂 Marriot was my best decision I made except the cost was too high and spent time out with family. Marriot is always my first choice.

I stayed for two nights with family and booked three rooms. This hotel is conveniently close to every kind of shopping and restaurant you would want to go to. My only complaints are that in one of the rooms, there was some visible urine stains near the base of the toilet, and the hotel ran out of fish for the banquet we attended there. Other than that, the staff was terrific and helpful and the hotel overall was very nice
