Great location, great amenities, nice places to relax. One of our favorite places to stay in the suburbs. It can get a little loud and crowded at times with kids running around.

This is the perfect hotel for family’s and individuals who are away for along period of time. This is lots of storage space in the non-handicapped rooms that allow you to be able to put your storage away with it being in the way and taking up space. We loved the pool and hot tub space allowing up to potentially 3 parties to be in the hot tub and pool without invading each others spaces. There is a lot of walking to stay on first floor. Breakfast was great, but would be nice to have more selections before having to pay an up charge. But the option was great to have! We hope to definitely be back without the cicadas. Due to this we couldn’t enjoy the patio. But it was still nice to have. Loved being able to have them make the bed daily. Made it feel as if we were just arriving everyday. The hospitality was amazing! The only thing I would change if possible, was more available parking closer to the hotel.

The hotel has beautiful grounds with ponds and walking trails. The employees were super friendly. My one complaint would be the pool area. Both the pool and the hot tub are HUGE. There were A LOT of children there. I’m a parent, so I have nothing against children, but they should be using the hot tub as a kiddie pool. Our first night there, the gigantic hot tub was FILLED with young children. I have a problem with adults not being able to use the hot tub because there is no room. When we finally were able to fit, there were still a lot of kids in it squirting water guns, jumping, and splashing. All of that should be done in the POOL not the HOT TUB.

* parking is not next to hotel but across the bridge. Not comfortable to load/unload. No person on duty to help with luggage. Good it wasn't too much raining or thunderstorms
* Ramp to main entrance didn't have separate path for stroller (only stairs) so I had to walk with the cars (dangerous).
* Baby crib had dirty poles. I wiped them all with alcohol, 2 wipes were black. Good that I checked
* Breakfast addition for extra $ is ONLY 2 options (eggs or yogurt/oatmeal). You can't choose from whole menu. This is listed on Hyatt site, but Expedia is not showing this message (per their words). I think it's not worth it to buy in advance
* Was given the room furthers in the corner (need to pass 2 long hallways). All side doors were locked even with key opener from outside. You can use only main front door, and door to the parking. The hotel is big and restricting the way out creates too much of walking. This was too much
* In order to get to pool there are quite many stairs (1 floor up) from lockers. How to get up with baby/stroller? No elevator. Had to go back-forward about 5-6 times to lift and bring everything with me.
* Only one restaurant/bar was working. I thought this place had more

Check-in:
We checked in late and there was one staff at the counter. He could not find my payment information even though I had already paid through Orbitz when I booked the room. Eventually he did find the correct information but it added more inconvenience to the process as my family was already been on the road and can't wait to go to the room and rest.
Room condition:
The room was a bit old. There was a used towel hanging in the bathroom when we checked in the room. There was a used glass sitting outside of the door. TV was good size for the room and a recent model which I thought was the highlight of the room.
Amenities:
The fitness room was well equipped and decent size although the equipment appears to be more than 10 years old. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance but this information was not disclosed when we booked the place. The main reason we selected this hotel was the swimming pool. It was a major disappointment and we felt deceived. The landscaping was beautiful and location was convenient getting to local restaurants, Costco, and airport.
Conclusion:
This place has lots of potential but it is overdue for remodeling. This may be a 4-star hotel 10 years ago, but it failed to upkeep with modern times.
Will not stay here again.

I had an amazing stay and the pool was phenomenal. Only thing I can say is they need better breakfast options for kids. Staff was beyond personable and friendly will definitely be returning.
