Hotel stay was for one night with myself and my 2 young adult children. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate lunch at the to-go place on the lower level and we all enjoyed the food. Parking is pricey for one day but at least it was conveniently located adjacent to the hotel and accessible from the third floor. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Wish the hotel had a pool. My kids wanted to go swimming and I found out that the hotel doesn’t have a pool. What?

We took a family trip to Chicago on July 4th week and stayed for 2 nights at Hyatt O’hare. Property is old but well maintained. We loved the convenience of self parking right behind the hotel and a walkway to come in to hotel. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms definitely need upgrades. Toilets were old, small and scratched up. View from balcony is beautiful to well maintained flowerbeds. We definitely missed the pool and hot tub after long site seeing walks. Didn’t get chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet available due to prior commitments. Over all nice, quiet, well staffed Hyatt stay 8/10.

This hotel is not bad I actually liked the property BUT they falsely advertise the price of the stay by hiding the fact that they nickel and dime you for parking. At 44 a night I could have stayed at a different hotel for lower cost. ALL FEES should be properly stated and discussed. The extra 120 was not in my families budget

Nice huge hotel where numerous events, festivals were held on the weekend we were there. Interiour of the hotel is beautiful, though from outside it felt almost a shelter. Many events going people were sitting on the walkways, on the ground smoking, hanging around, trash in the plants didnt make it too inviting.
It was one cafe shop with cold sandwiches, prepared foods, salads, beverages extremely expensive.
Mornings Hyatt Regency offers buffet breakfast only for $24.95. Though it was pretty decent and good variety but 3-5 days in a row especially for couples or families is just way too expensive. They asked us if we want housekeeping during our 4 days stay, I answered at least once yes. They never came, trash was not emptied, water or anything replaced. We got one small body lotion for 4 days for 2 people. Wow
The walls were extremely thin, we heard everything I say EVERYTHING at Midnight and after. If we wanted to do a group sex would be no complaint but come on. That thin walls just not right!

Upon entering our room, it had a very strong odor of someone had been smoking something in the room or the room next door. Asked the front desk to see if someone could spray a deodorizer in the room. My son who was in the room that evening when we left said that no one showed.
Parking is at a premium. When you leave you are lucky to find a spot in the parking garage when you return.
Our booking said free breakfast. The restaurant on site ended up charging my family members $40.
