The shuttle service from the Airport back to the hotel never stopped to pick us up. I had to call an uber to take me and my family back to the hotel. I travel alot for work. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I will also never recommend this hotel to any of my aquaintences.
When I called to see what happened to the driver I got put on hold for over 20 minutes. By that time I had gotten an Uber and got a ride back to the hotel. Horrible service.

The stuff is not helpful and careless. We asked a crib but they never sent one to our room. WI-FI sucks and has no signal. No water to drink. The bottled water is 5 dollars each. No swimming poor but they described online that they had an indoor swimming pool. Over 30 dollars for parking. 20 dollars for kid’s buffet in the morning. Stay away from this hotel.

Enjoyed my time at the very nice Doubletree Hilton-Rosemont. Close to O’Hare airport and not far from my family’s home. Note get the parking including which is like $30 if not you will have to pay $15 every time you leave.

Our only disappointment was that, despite the website having several pictures of a pool, it was not operational when we came with our kids, and it was a major let down for them . We specifically selected Doubletree of the hotels in the area because they featured a pool.

Friendliest staff! Cookies and drinks at check-in. Dry accommodating at the bistro with our children. Excellent breakfast! Convenient shuttle to the airport and let us stay a little longer in our room to catch our later flight!

Room was outdated but large, smelled like wet musty clothes, refrigerator did not work at all. You could tell it hadnt been cleaned well, dust over everything, and something sticky on tv dresser. Shaved hair on bathroom counter, floor, and extendable mirror from previous guests. Had double beds. The beds were stiff, not for my comfort. Two pillow on each bed, the pillows where so flat and my sons had hair on them. I dont know if its just this hotel but other hotel usually have 4 pillows on each bed. I always bring my own blanket and pillow cases so i was ok there. I sprayed lyson and wiped everything down with sanitizing wipes.
Parking charges is ridiculous was told $32 per day with in and out privileges. If not it would be $15 everytime we leave. I was actually charged $33.28. My friend who also stayed was told it was $29.00 each day. Two of the towels had dark stains on them. The fashion outlets was in walking distance 7-8 minutes. The good thing is I only stayed in the hotel to shower and sleep, because of i had to stay to relax that was not the hotel to be in. Pool was closed. The lady at the gift shop/store was helpful and very nice. We arrived late around 11:30 and the family was hungry, we asked for recommendations he said everything was closed so he gave us a pizza flyer to PapaRomeos, warning do not buy. Ordered at 11:40, it arrived at 1:15 am by a man whos hygiene is questionable. Doubletree stop recommending this place.

I have made staying here a habit when traveling in and out of Chicago. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome .. like family. This is not the case everywhere one stays.. I especially come back for this lovely treatment. I also like the convenience of the shuttle ... walking to the Fashion Outlets.. The breakfast and choice of either the hotel restaurant or Gibsons .. The bartender at night is awesome !!!

We booked a room with a king bed ended up with two twin beds. It was a date night not a family night we didn’t need two twin beds we needed a king like we booked. I would appreciate a call back to fix my rate or whatever needs to be done

Where to begin:
- $15 parking in the ramp that won't get validated, even though spots in the ramp are reserved for Double Tree guests.
- Called twice to get more towels that never were delivered.
- Pool was closed with nothing on the website indicating this. With 3 kids, would have canceled this stay and gone somewhere else.
- "Queen" bed is really just a large twin. Not much room for 2 adults to sleep comfortably.
- 2 SMALL pillows per bed and both were flat.
