This was so much better than a hotel room. It was very clean, had a full kitchen, a roomy bathroom and a separate bedroom. The location was near public transportation and within walking distance to several restaurants. Even though this was a solo trip, I wouldn’t hesitate using Kasa for a couple’s or family trip. Highly recommend Kasa and will be using them again!

I would absolutely stay again, the concept of having like a "family hotel room" ruled. The kitchen was well stocked, recommended it to all my friends.

Cons: several patches of mold on the bathroom ceiling- was a concern due to child with health issues. Difficulty getting human response other than "thanks for letting us know- we will address". Felt impersonal and dismissive. Pros: Incredibly welcoming and kind on-property staff. Other than previously noted issue, everything was very clean and "new" feeling. Bed was comfortable and hotel stay was very quiet- no hallway or neighbor noise. Tech access/set very well explained/illustrated, if you read your directions :)

Loved this location. In a great area (very walkable). Spotless room with all the up- to-date amenities. Excellent communication from the virtual front desk. Safe. I was traveling alone with my two kids and I appreciated the security.
