We were glad to spend time with family. Then we shared breakfast with old friends. This is a very nice place to stay

A very nice place to stay, food was decent, but twice when I went to the pool there were no towels. I know there were a lot of kids there that weekend, so that may explain it

The hotel room was clean. The front desk staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was not well-stocked one morning, and the woman in charge of the area kept telling the guests that she had to unload a truck when she was asked for things like milk, syrup, or forks. I felt it was unprofessional to not help hungry guests first, and instead tell everyone that she was working by herself and she had to unload a truck. I understand having a lot on your plate and trying to multitask, but she was honestly pretty rude to many guests who I saw ask her for things, including myself. Besides that experience, it was a nice place to stay. We had a room with two beds and a sofa bed, and I appreciate when the sink area is separate from the toilet, so some kids can be washing hands and brushing teeth while someone else is using the bathroom or showering.
