The hotel needs a good cleaning! All the glass doors were smudgy. The pool was terrible, cold and the deck was dirty. The hot tub was closed and everything was in need of repair and updating. Our room had a dirty bathroom floor and the only towel rack was so close to the toilet I practically bashed my head every time I sat down. Bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. I got some Clorox wipes from family and wiped the place down. The phone was really dirty so I cleaned it to call and see when breakfast was only to realize it didn’t work. The only positives were the room was a nice size and it had a good a good tv. The beds were comfortable. Way overpriced!

Under renovation, paid full price, it’s a mess. I have 2 small children and the area is unsafe with paint and pieces of paint all along the hallways. Pool is disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, but the room itself was unclean. Dusty and sorry floors. Bathroom had broken shelving with sharp screws pointing out.... Just the right height for young kids to bump into. Shower was either very old and stained or unclean. Common areas were warm and humid.

The hotel was nice overall, but the floors are loud. Several families were staying there and we could hear every footstep from the hallway and upstairs. We even noticed that the floor was loud when we were trying to walk quietly. The pool bathroom wouldn’t flush and the hot water didn’t work. The room itself was fine, but for the price I expected it to be a little nicer.

We stayed the night as we were headed to pick our child up from camp. Staff was lovely and they had a beautiful breakfast nook. Thank you to the front desk staff and the staff who prepared breakfast. I would stay here again and again!!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary ammenities for a busy family of four. There was a temperature issue with the pool/hot tub and a shortage of pool towels, but it was a holiday weekend so it was easily overlooked. Highly recommended for business or family travelers.

I was traveling with two grandchildren and we had a great time staying at the hotel. We enjoyed the pool the hot tub and the workout room.
