This was by far the best & cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Breakfast is great, staff is awesome, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, scenery is beautiful and theirs a shopping center and movie theater directly across the street. It’s quiet and peaceful, food is barely 3 minutes away. My family and I had an amazing stay!

Staff was super friendly. We had a noisy room above us but the staff took care of it. Jenny and Tate went beyond expectations for the breakfast and my kids loved everything.

Great view and nice staff...bathrooms horrible...toilets are for little people or children...the doors do not close all the way so everyone knows your business and smells it too...breakfest good

The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing! We hung out as a family group of 10 and played cards in the common area. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and we enjoyed the comfort of that space.

Checking in there was no staff at the desk she was delivering towels to a room. Found ants in the room brought to attention of staff “not had any reports before”. Had to request towels for third person in our room (reservation was for three). Didn’t seem as though the room was prepared for our stay just generally set up for two. Breakfast fair biscuits and gravy on Saturday but no biscuits brought out during our time at breakfast. No one cleaning trays and people did not seem to know what to do with used trays. Trash over flowing. No Covid restrictions that I could see being followed in fact our family only family to use the disposable gloves at the breakfast buffet and fellow guest thought we should stay home if we were concerned. I know the hotel is not responsible for guest comments but they certainly did nothing to enforce/ encourage infection control and not just Covid.

Upon checking in we found wrappers from chamomile tea next to the dresser by the bed and some other small things on the floor indicating that floors were not vacuumed. But we didn’t complained just picked up the trash and went with it as beds although old seemed clean enough. We had 8 boys in the small pool which had a ton of hair on the bottom swimming. We found about hair towards the end. Several boys ended up with diarrhea and my boy did too plus he vomited at night. Hotel said they can’t wash these sheets and ended up charging us $250 extra because they stated that they had to buy some special sheets to replace these. Overall dirty pool and I’m unhappy that a child puke can be so expensive. Not staying there again.

I never take the time to write reviews, but I needed to on this one. Pro's: Nice hotel, nice rooms. That's it. Breakfast was sub par, which is fine. Our shower had hair in it. The bathroom door is a sliding door, and has NO lock, which is ODD. The pool is TINY and overcrowded, more importantly FREEZING. Our kids wouldn't even swim. WebSite says "heated". I asked them to turn it up, they said they 'can't'. There is no hot tub or sauna. Just a cold, small pool. That was our biggest complaint. And for those reasons we left unsatisfied. Especially since we paid over $200 for ONE night. Ridiculous!!! Had it been a cheap stay, it all would've been acceptable. Next time we'll book somewhere else for this price.

The Hampton Inn in Lewiston was just right for our recent stay with our 2 children. It was very clean, good breakfast with lots of options and the staff was excellent. Mary Kae at check in was very courteous and helpful, Rose was so friendly and helpful each morning, Bobby made check out a breeze and a cleaning lady was particularly kind to us and our children. Every staff member remembered us each time we saw them, even having being sold out with so many people there.

The room air conditioner when cycling off made a whining sound which made for challenging sleeping conditions. There was also a lot of foot traffic noise but that went away at an appropriate time as to not impact sleeping. Thankfully our kids slept great even with the noise but the adults unfortunately did not. The pool was also really loud but that is more to be expected.
