The guy working the check-in was not well informed on the area. Like, where a family could eat and roads in and out of town, considering there is construction in progress. Also the room had a musky odor, to my wife it smelled like some one had smoked in that room. The bed was not comfortable and there was no comfortable to sit and watch tv. The parking area has lots of potholes and large cracks. Difficult if some one has a wheelchair.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. I wasn’t in the room long before I spotted areas that missed being cleaned. One being the shower. There was hairs that appeared to be from someone’s groin. There was also dog hair on the carpet in the bedroom area and j never brought a dog.. overall I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness. To top it off my toddler and I were napping as check out was 12 and we were woken by housekeeping around 11 who knocked, open the door and turned the lights all on. Just appears they are lacking good service.

It was close to the family I was visiting due to a wedding. Sadly, my credit card got hacked while I was visiting this motel. Fortunately I was able to show the manager and get the charged corrected immediately.

Pool was listed as an amenity on both the hotel website and travelocity. No pool on arrival, undergoing renovations. Pool is a must when traveling long days with kids. Staff was ambivalent and didnt offer any discount and didnt disclose the pool issue at checkin. Very false advertising.
