I was there when there was a soccer tournament. So as a very full hotel. I would say that says a lot in itself. The staff was absolutely amazing, courteous helpful, and kind. My grandbabies had a blast at the pool overall it was a great stay.

Overall was nice. However… the floors in the rooms were not carpeted so you could hear every single move from the room above. The family above us was stomping, rolling the chair, bottle flipping, jumping all over hell until after midnight. I called the front desk and it didn’t seem ti do any good. Not sure if they addressed it or not after I called. Had to wake up very early so the last thing I wanted to do was listen to all the chaos past midnight.

My husband and I, and our two toddlers stayed 2 nights, we had stayed prior and loved it so thats why we decided to stay again. However, this trip was just a little disappointing, we walked into the room and the floors were very dirty and stained. There were stains and dirt and food all over the walls, the bathroom had pubic hair on practically every surface, the office chair looks like it hasnt been cleaned ever. After a couple hours of my kids playing on the floor their feet were black. It was just not clean and felt gross. The breakfast wasnt very good either.

The hotel room was dirty, my kid stepped on a pile of boogers. The room doors are so heavy they slam shut. So we heard doors slamming all night long when we were sleeping. Will never stay here again.

Stayed a night after a long travel and what a treat. Nice new rooms, tons of amenities for the kids and very comfy bed. Got a great price too for a last minute booking.

The rooms are not huge, but big enough for 2 adults and a child, and were nicely updated. The pool and common areas were also very nice and family friendly.

I could overlook paying $200 for what looked like a college dorm room, but to be charged an extra $75 a night to have our family dog with us was ridiculous. Sadly, we didn’t know about this fee until we were checking in. So we had a choice: cancel our reservation (no refund at that point) or pay the $75 pet fee. When I asked why the fee was so high it was explained that they want to seem like they are pet friendly, but they really want to deter people from bringing pet in. Incredibly misleading and disappointing.

My family and I stayed here on the weekend to be located near our family members wedding. We were greeted by a friendly welcome and answers to all of questions. We loved the coffee station and all the extras made available to guests. We were very happy with our stay and when/if we were to visit Idaho Falls again we would most definitely stay here!

The receptionist were not friendly and did not to seem to like their jobs. I walked in smiling excited happy to finally arrive from a 13 hour drive to see family, to find indifference personal upon arrival. We will continue to stay for the reward stays through hotels.com, price and location to the riverwalk.
